Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Macedon

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning in Massa New York for the first time in about six months for breakfast with my friends. They seem to be not enough help. Which is a problem today. At 8 o’clock in the morning, there were hardly any donuts available to buy. They had no midnight roast, which was disappointing. They seem to be only caring about the drive-through, and the people that were actually Waiting at the counter to be waited on. When I finally got on and went down to the end of the counter to wait for my food. It seem to be a very overworked manager running the sandwich section. I heard her complain about how she has seven more orders to fill. And she kept repeating. “ I hate this place,. I hate this place,. I hate this place.” as this one employee stood at the window, glaring at me.. When she finally gave me the bag with my food It, She called out what it was, and she threw the bag on the counter. It was pretty poor customer service in my opinion overall. Before I left, I asked to speak to her. I spent 47 years as a nurse, so I know all about customer service. As a manager, she was a driver of the ship and it’s her attitude Towards the job determines how the employees working with her are dealing with the day. I explained that you should always do what you enjoy and enjoy what you’re doing first and foremost in life it’s not something that you want to do then you need to leave and finds something she enjoys . Her face turned red being called out about her attitude towards her job, her employees and the customers in the building. It was sad to see someone that upset with her position at Dunkin’ Donuts. My husband was just saying he will never go to this dunkin again and I asked why and just HAD to share all of this ! Someone in upper management needs to look into this.. it’s on his way to work but he’s had so many horrible experiences he’ll go out of his way to go to a different store .. here’s why ( and this is over there course of a year ) First , I was present for this one , the employee was DuPont the mop in the toilet and was using the mop to mop the floors 🤢 I guess we should have stayed away after that ! Next my husband watched as an employee dumped spoiled creamer out the drive thru window 🤮 He went recently and tried to use the bathroom but the toilet seat was completely cracked in 1/2! So he had to go to the McDonald’s nearby instead.. Then the other day he stopped In to grab breakfast and coffee and as he was eating his sandwich ( the sourdough bacon egg and cheese ) and thought it tasted funny and stopped to look and it was moldy!!! Don’t they LOOK at things when they are making the sandwich? I’ve worked in dunkin when I was in college and can’t imagine not being able to see that much mold on a sandwich I’m making , What else are they not doing ??? 07/2022 - I decided to give this another try after almost a year of avoiding this location as it is conveniently located on my way to work. I've tried it a few more times since then. So far so good. Everything seems to have done a 360. Pretty much always stocked up now with great customer service. I love the lady that works in the morning she's super friendly and so far Macedon now seems to have some of the best made food and drink out of the other stores I have recently visited. I'm not sure what they did to change things around but I hope they keep up the good work.

10/2021 - It's conveniently located and in an easy to get to spot but this dunkin sucks, employees can be iffy. I never know what type of service I'm gonna get. Occasionally it's amazing other days employees are rude and have unlikable personalities. They are always out of the things I like. Last 3 trips there they didn't have the only things I order. Pretty much gave up on this location. Last visit I waited in line 15 minutes to be told they didn't have the butter pecan frozen coffee flavor or the Boston cream donuts I wanted.
