McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Macedon

Completely god awful... can take anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes to even get your food and to find out they made it wrong. This happened to me, where they brought my food out just for me to find out they made it completely wrong. When I went up to get a new burger the- who im assuming was the manager came over and said "the way you ordered it wasn't on the ticket!", then told me to go back to my seat and that they would bring it out to me. Come to find out after waiting another 20 minutes for my new burgers, they had put them on the counter and never made any effort to either bring it over or even call it out. I used to work at a McDonald's, so I understand it can become hectic in the kitchen- but for the love of God, if you're going to make someone's order wrong, at least expect them to come up and get a new order and not make up some excuse of "it wasnt...

Horrible, they wouldn't answer at the drive-thru, one car gave up and got out of line, another car was at the drive-through window at least ten minutes if not more, I gave up and went inside. There was one girl working both the drive-through and the front, the shift manager was too busy cleaning the drink machine to help, another girl was called from the back to tale my order and she had been cleaning the grate from the drink machine for the shift manager who was out front. I ordered a McChicken with added pickle and a Double-Cheeseburger with extra pickles and dehydrated onions, and tje sandwiches not only didn't include the extra, they were made sloppily. Where to start.. Orders continue to get messed up, so finally decided to walk in last week and say something.. As doing so, employee from the back States “Hes just trying to get free food” after the cashier specifically asked if I want all 4 burgers replaced or just 2.. I took just the 2 because at that point lunch was over and lost my appetite. I dealt with it long enough, just convenient due to job location. Prior to that, there were days where employees were yelling at each other. Way to look some what decent.. Just today, showed cashier my Code for a Deal. He ended up just using my account to pay and not using the code… looked at receipt and drove off. Dont have time to sit there for 20mins for them to figure it out.....
