The food is usually very good and this use to be one of my favorite local Chinese takeout places . However, after my negative experience with them tonight I will never order from here again. When I placed my order I told the man on the phone I have Covid and I'm very sick. I cannot make it down stairs to the lobby, the food has to be brought to my apartment door.
He reassures me he will tell his delivery driver(who does not speak English) I get a call my food was delivered however the food was never brought to my door it was left in my lobby . I called the driver and the store several times and the man said put a mask on and go down stairs after telling him I'm VERY SICK this was his continuous argument. He refused to send the delivery person back amd left me to my own devices. It wasn't until I said I'm disputing this with my bank since I haven't gotten my food that I recieve a text he is magically making his way back to get "his food" and he actually came back ! Read moreI will NEVER Order from this place again. Ordered Wednesday night on Grubhub and was feeling Chinese, this place seemed to have good reviews. My husband and I ordered the boneless spare ribs combo and the seasame chicken combo. Don't let the number of stars deceive you!!! Here I am today (two days later) still in bed dying. After I had eaten Wednesday night ( didn't even finish, I had the seasame chicken) I laid down and fell asleep for a bit, after I woke up let's just say I spent the whole night into the next morning in the bathroom. Everything that I ate I had thrown all up. I felt nauseous and dizzy. I was breaking out in sweats. Thursday I couldn't even get out of bed unless I had to use the bathroom of course (which was often). Here I am today still feeling the same way. Read moreI ordered from GrubHub and was disappointed because it took twice as long as stated to deliver my order. I must say though, the restaurant continued to call me until they got ahold of me to personally apologize for the delay and offer free food on my next order. I thought that was above & beyond considering they really didn't have to since I had my food at that time. I am in sales, and you could tell it was a sincere apology. I wish there was an option to edit my review on GrubHub, I guess I will just have to give them 5 stars on my next order!
