Empire Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Mamaroneck

I was happy empire bagels. Very happy one open in larchmont. So convenient for someone like myself who is alway looking for a morning place in the area to get a cup of coffee and food. Plus, I work in the morning around the area. One down fault is the staff don’t open the door on time as schedule. This can be very frustrating bc on-line it say Sunday6 AM, Monday-Saturday 5:30am and I went 2 time where the store wasn’t open on time. First time the staff apologize and open the door. Second I tried to open the door and I saw the two staff just talking with each. I understand 6:05 later but 6:15am? If this continue you gonna have a lot of upset...

Worst and most expensive bagel and sausage egg and cheese I ever had. Also the most skimp sandwich I've ever had, sausage egg and cheese on a wedge had one super thin sausage patty cut into quarters on it and only one egg, they used some cheep processed cheese. Honestly disrespectfully bad. Anyone saying anything good about this place has to be a friend of owner, was incentivised to do so, or is just straight up...

We’ve been to this place twice, it’s conveniently located from our home. They still have a lot to fix in terms of service granted they been open for about a month. Attendants don’t know their offering and often confuse bagels. Ie my husband asked for a pumpernickel and got a poppy seed instead and he mentioned this a few times… would suggest they spend some time...
