Customer service was lacking. 2 people at the register.We stood at the door for 10 minutes and neither one greeted us or said we could enter the store. This time I purchased a bag from the window display on a Saturday. I walked out and realized there wa no receipt in the bag, went back for one within 5 minutes. They said they had no paper so it was texted. Within the hour, I noticed the damage and the shop was closed but I sent an Instagram message- no answer. Monday I called and was told I could not return the bag for my money back. The policy to which I was not told, was exchanges or store credit. The bag is over $100 dollars. I was told I could speak to the owner, on the same week, the owner texted me instead of calling. I called her and she basically flat out said I should have asked about the return policy! That she might exchange the bag but doesn't know when due to COVID-19. Now I have $100 damaged bag at home in a brown paper bag as a reminder that even when you try to support your community, the community doesn't care. Would it be a different scenario if we...
