I cannot rate high enough! I have had multiple rings resized here, and today I picked up a pearl ring. It was missing a pearl in a spot that wasn't particularly obvious or noticeable. I only asked for it to be resized but the jeweler actually found a pearl that perfectly match the others (not an easy thing to do, as they were unusual in shape and size) and just replaced it! For no extra charge! Anybody that would do something like that, I'm loyal to.
