315 Pizza Company — Restaurant in Town of Marcellus

This was probably one of the most interesting and funny dining experiences I have had in ages. So I walk in. Wanted to order a slice of cheese pizza. These two young guys looking like they just got off work looking hangrier then bulls in a bull run in Pamplona rush to the door before me and the door slams in my face. The two young guys bark at the gentleman working the counter to give them every slice of pre-made pizza left. So I order a chicken sandwich and while I am waiting this guy walks in with a shirt that says. "This ain't my first rodeo" proceeds to tell me I should try a pub near the prison in Auburn, after I ask him "how is the food is here?" And he lets me know he is the superintendent of a golf course.. 😎 ⛳️. As the two hangry young bulls are leaving I asked them if they ate often here and what was good on the menu. One says..."I don't eat here often" and the other one says "I get the pizza all the time" 🤣

The food was great. Customer service top notch. And the customers...man I love small towns....

Ordered a simple cheese and pep pizza. Took 1.5 hours to be delivererd, and it was a Hawaiian pizza. So we called and said we got the wrong pizza, the girl on the phone had the driver turn around and pick up the pizza he dropped off to bring to the right address (gross, we could have done anything to it) and left. The girl on the phone at pizza Boise called again and explained, while she was blatantly laughing the entire call, that they would make us a new one and deliver it within the hour. Now, I’m ok with mistakes, but when you are laughing over the phone about the situation, you have now lost business. We have family members who have been up since 3am plowing for families, so they are extremely tired and hungry and just want food and to go to bed. They now have to go to bed on empty stomachs so they can get up at midnight to plow one last time before the next snow fall. Mistakes happen, but don’t be rude and disrespectful to the customers that are on the other line being understanding....

I have ordered from here now multiple times. I have tried to give them as many chances asI possibly can but I am done at this point. The food has not been anywhere close to what it should be every time I have ordered they have screwed up my order and then now I just tried to order and they are completely out of things that a pizza shop should definitely have. Marsellus needs to have a good pizza shop and this is not It!!! I feel that they are completely taking a vantage of the situation and not having very many competitors to compete with or subpar competitors there is no good pizza shop in this village and I feel that they definitely need one. And that if there were a good pizza shop in Marcellus they would not have the customers that they have, sad thing is I believe they could be a good pizza shop if they...
