The V.T. or Abbots Village Tavern is a lot of fun. With a long bar downstairs and over 20 beers on tap how can you go wrong? Upstairs there are a few more private places to sit around a table with friends and still have a view of everything going on below. There is also as pool table and two dart boards along with a bathroom. They have live music on the weekends and often book amazing bands. They have a pitch league, dart league, and a softball team. The bartenders are very kind but it seems understaffed by a lot. Went there for 25c wing night and got there at 6:05. And was told about an hour for food. Ordered by 6:20 and got our wings at 8:40. Absolutely ridiculous wait times for some less than sub-par wings. The garlic parm flavor does not taste like anything but oil. The loaded fries are so salty they’re inedible.
