Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Marlborough

Wow! What can i say. If negative stars where a thing!! This location would get -5. VERY dissapointed in this location. Went in today for some Munchkins and an Ice vanilla Coffee. And boy did i get an order. The treatment was by far so dissapointing from the one who was supposed to set an example of good customer service. ALAN i belive her name was . She said she was the manager. I had requested an additional ice coffee at the window. I know that maybe it was late to order the drink in the window but her responce was what didnt sit right with me. She said i have my timer to worry about you are setting me back. When she could of addressed the matter in a different way. Her priority was clearly on the timer not on the customer service she provides. The interaction escalated quickly with her. She started yelling and threatning to call the cops just because i told her her attitude and service was not it. I was calm and collected she was frantic, explosive and darn rude. These people make the business look bad. Like she said drive to Highland (another location) maybe i will because her nasty service is not something i will continue to support. Avoid this location at all cost.

And also my ice coffee taste and looks nasty just like her attitude. What a waste...

Unfortunately No phone number is listedso I will have to leave a review instead. I love me a good Dunkin’ Donuts this place was very clean, The staff was sweet and they were polite. I passed through there to pick my grandmother up (a block away from this store) to come stay with me in jersey for a few days and what I thought to my self was “YES! Dunkin saved me for my long drive back home!” (2 hrs). Unfortunately my only main and serious complaint is that I asked for ALMOND MILK and made it clear I am lactose intolerant. Once I was given My items I immediately left since I was in a bit of a rush, when I received my ice latte it seemed a bit off but I thought maybe it was just the way they made it, by the time I was a half hour home. I WAS IN PAIN, this may be TMI (to much info) but since yesterday I haven’t slept I have been in pain and now have bad diarrhea. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dunkin in my 27 yrs of life. The rudest woman who made our drinks completely wrong (one was a BLACK coffee with a shot of espresso and she gave us a cup of iced milk??? ), other drink was a machiatto with an extra shot of espresso, and I literally watched her fill the entire cup with milk, throw swirls in, then DUMP it partly out, added one shot of espresso, and handed me a white drink. didn't apologize for making them wrong, wouldn't make new ones, told ME to be more appreciative and that she was working alone. As if working alone means you no longer know how to make a drink??? I didn't say she was slow,so her working alone is wildly irrelevant. Didn't catch her name as she wasn't wearing a name tag. I'd assume that's why she was so rude. Young, dirty blonde hair, maybe Russian accent? Idk but she should NOT be in...
