Today I had the worst experience ever at Broadalbin Dunkin Donuts ( date-July 10th 2023 around noon time during my drive threw experience. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant along with a few other items. Moreover, I received my order and simply asked this worker for some ketchup packets to put on my croissant. I was told their is no ketchup until tomorrow. I then asked if I could please speak to the supervisor. Moreover, I wanted to tell the supervisor that if I knew their was no ketchup and not able to have ketchup to put on my meal I would have simply changed my order. I was then told rudely by this worker when I asked to speak to the supervisor " that I am the only customer who has ever asked for ketchup package's. This worker then said she has never ever handed out no more than two ketchup packets during a single day that I am the only one who has ever asked her for ketchup. She then shut the drive threw window in my face. I generally don't write reviews or complain but this was horrible customer service. Especially not letting me speak to a supervisor- If this was the supervisor please treat you customers better and receive more training on customer service. I visit the Johnstown/Gloversiville Dunkin Donuts multiple times and this type of customer service has never happened! When I ask them for ketchup I get ketchup and they have great customer service every time I go thew the drive threw!!! If this was the supervisor please make sure you identify yourself and get...
Read moreI believe in tipping, and tipping generously. Today at the drive thru it said “It’s Brenda’s birthday, don’t forget to tip!!” I found that very rude. I tip generously at the hair salon, nail salon, or at sit down restaurants. If my order is large I’ll tip a few dollars at Dunkin, but to feel forced to tip on a $3.50 hot coffee? To even create a sign like that is so unprofessional. My hairdresser doesn’t have a sign that says “don’t forget to tip me!!” Why would Dunkin have that? I won’t be going back to this Dunkin. Multiple times I’ve been treated poorly at the drive thru window. One time they got my order wrong and gave me attitude over it, even though I was very nice and respectful. I’m not expecting 10/10 service at Dunkin, it’s a fast food place as far as I’m concerned. But some of these new girls are beyond rude. I’d rather pay extra $$ at Starbucks where they are respectful to their customers. But again to have a sign that says that is rude, it’s just the principle. If they want tips like that go waitress at a real restaurant where you’re putting work in, not mixing up a coffee in 2 seconds or microwaving an egg wrap. If she had a sticker on her shirt that said “it’s my birthday!!” I would have thrown her $5 because that’s just how I am. But to make a sign at the beginning of the drive thru that says “Don’t forget to tip!!” Is beyond me. This is the final straw for me. Won’t...
Read moreRuined my dogs day.
So to start they charge for pup cups - it made sense when it was a munchkin and whip cream in a cup - then they downgraded it to a mouth wash cup with only whip cream BUT STILL CHARGED?! Sure. Now I order munchkins on top of it. I only come here for the pup cups when my rescue dog makes huge strides in his training and socializing.
Today was a huge day where he let a man he didn’t know pet him without getting scared. I was so excited to take him to get a celebration pup cup and I stupidly thought I could get a drink for myself. I get to the window after 20 minutes and specifying my order multiple times to have a pup cup and they tell me they didn’t charge me and I’d have to wait in line again.
A cup. Of whip cream. A 2 inch cup of whip cream.
When we pulled out without his pup cup he started crying his heart out, he’s a husky and almost never howls but today he was screaming. It broke my heart. So now we’re another 15 minutes out at a different dunkin because I’m over giving my business to a place that cares this little about their customers and animals.
I tried pup cups at home also, he likes going through drive thrus and the car rides, it’s a whole celebration experience for him. This was...
