McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Milo

Firstly, the managerial staff is incredibly rude, and I plan to do an actual survey. While waiting for my order, I watched the manager on shift screaming at a kid in an incredibly rude, aggressive and frankly unacceptable manner just for forgetting the whipped creme on my shake. The yelling clearly demoralized him to the point I felt it necessary to apologize to him as a customer. Then, that same manager on shift was on the fry station. Somehow she felt it was acceptable to give use 3 large fries all HALF EMPTY and COLD. The same one who felt it unacceptable and yelled at a kid for forgetting Whipped Creme on a milkshake somehow felt it was okay to give us the three large fries half empty and cold. Not to mention a burger without any of the extras we PAID for, and arguably, worst of all, my nephew's Happy Meal was literally an empty box of sadness. No nuggets, no fruit, no fries. No meal, NO happiness. Not to mention, look at this!!! Door handles falling off and rusted and sharp on the edges, what kind of safety hazard is this being left...

I placed my order and the girl who took the order was very friendly. When I got to the pick-up window, the blonde manager was scowling and when she handed me my order , I asked for ketchup. her response. I'm out!!.. Not sorry we're out , just were out. I thought I had ordered fries and they weren't in the bag, so I asked her about the fries and she was very rude and said you didn't order fries, hang on a minute and I'll get you your receipt-to prove to me I didn't order fries. In the time it took her to get the receipt she could have easily taken my order and helped me at that window. There was only one other car in line. So I drove around and went through the line for the fries. Seriously-worst service ever at a McDonalds. She is not improving your top or bottom line. First time there passed by many times. Decided to stop for lunch and was a bit slow I'm sure due to the lack of staff. But my issue is not with the speed I ordered a delux double quarter pounder meal. It came with a large fry that was piping hot, also not a complaint. I opened my burger and everything was wrong and not assembled almost at all, I asked for no tomato, there was two, also literally two drips of ketchup and another drip of mustard amongst five onion pieces. Lacking almost all of the toppings for a deluxe. I don't like bringing food back cause we all know it could be a spit burger coming back. I did anyway it was so far not right. The manager took my burger to the back and disassembled it and re assembled it still lacking pickles and my burgers were now cold when handed...
