Thorn hill cafe — Restaurant in Town of Mount Pleasant

This little gem had 0 wait time on a Sunday morning, but it should! More people should know that this little cafe tucked away in a little shopping center had excellent food with fresh, high quality ingredients. And you simply could not ask for better service. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, not only did they make substitutions to our meals, they actually want you to! They're not happy unless you're happy! (I added hash browns to my egg/avocado/cheddar Jack quesadilla and it was delicious!) I'm not from that area but I already told them when I'm back I'm coming back to eat...

We stopped in for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. We had heard good things about the cafe, so we decided to try it. If you’re looking for great food and a homey personal feel, this is the place. Maribel, the owner, is as sweet as can be. The French toast and pancakes were outstanding, as was the coffee. Simple, delicious. The menu had so many other great choices, we’re sure to go back and try a breakfast burrito or wrap. This café is such a delightful find in Thornwood! It’s cozy and full of charm. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, with friendly staff who make you feel instantly at home.

I ordered the scrambled eggs, and they were absolutely delicious You can really tell that everything is made with care. The coffee was just as amazing; smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. I literally had 5 cups of coffee!

I did some school work and even had a Zoom meeting while sitting there. Between the great food, excellent coffee, and welcoming vibe, this café has easily become one of my favorite spots...
