If you care about planet Earth, this is where you need to have breakfast or lunch.

The food was AMAZING! I got what they called a "Mrs. Wild" which had jalapenos on it and was not spicy at all, it was sweet/savory with delicious local sauce.

When you look around the diner, you see tons of local art for sale and it's clear that the owners do their best to get as many local products as possible for the food they sell. I think they make their own bagels too. Listened to old school Beatles the whole time which really set the vibe.

The staff were super friendly and knew a lot of the customers on a first name basis. Gives the vibe of a family owned shop, and there were staff across all different ages and they were all very nice.

Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone heading...

Wonderful place! The owner was so kind and friendly which was the exact essence the rest of the town brought to me. I NEVER leave reviews but this was a wonderful experience! I asked about other places in town and the owner had nothing but NICE things to say about all of the other local businesses, exactly the same as when I went into the Old School Cafe, Roots, The Hotel, Hollerhorn and the Redwood! These businesses really care and support each other! Everyone made different suggestions and many of them included Carusos in their suggestions. The food was delicious, and everything was even better because of the POSITIVE energy and consideration for their customers and other businesses. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and when I am in Naples again I will...

This place is a gem. Probably one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The food was out of this world (we were reminiscing about it the whole day) and the owners are such nice people! We got the French toast and the veggie omelette with a side of sourdough bread. We were debating whether to get home fries or not, and the owner just gave us some on the house with their house made hot sauce. I am not exaggerating when I say they were the best potatoes EVER. The French toast absolutely melted in your mouth and had the most delicious flavors. The omelette was divine and packed with veggies and cheese. Even the sourdough bread slices were little bits of heaven. The dirty chai on the side in an eclectic mug was just perfection as well. I would drive two hours again...

I was in Naples, NY for a respite weekend and the ladies who I was with for the weekend went to Caruso’s Café. Caruso’s is a gem of a spot that truly delivers on all fronts. The food was absolutely delicious and served hot, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Even with two large groups dining at the same time, the wait staff remained friendly, attentive, and efficient—something you don’t see everywhere. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the kind of place you instantly feel comfortable in. And the owner? Exceptionally welcoming and clearly takes pride in making everyone feel at home. It’s the kind of café that makes you want to come back again and again.

Friends recommended this for a destination restaurant. We came 30 minutes to be highly satisfied! The entire ambience and location reminds me of some small towns found in Vermont or Route 9 NY. Parking is on the street so it will require walking in summer to get to when the town rocks w people. Our visit was April 2 so spring is still ruddy. Busy w locals in and out- JT on the radio, locals waving through streetside windows. Great feel here. Recommendations- ask for paper menu to read menu. It’s hard on newbies. Owners and staff are happy to serve. Probably will be wait or takeout for summer so plan accordingly. Food is fresh and local where possible. Great place!
