Honey & Salt — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

My mother and I went to a Saturday pop-up and there was a good selection of items to choose from. It is a smaller cafe so more of a take and go kind of thing. The woman who helped us was very kind and friendly. The food is absolutely amazing! I think these may be the best croissants in New Hartford, they are soft on the inside with a crunchy outside, buttery and salty. The cookies are thick with a soft crumb. The carrot cake is nicely spiced with nuts. The shortbread cookie is so soft it just melts in your mouth. The cinnamon bun is also very soft, it is a moist bread with sweet frosting. The banana bread has a great texture and light banana flavor, it is not dry at all. Overall, the food is so fresh! You can really taste the heart in the food, it doesn't have all the added preservatives of large chain, mass produced goods. We got 10 items for $38.25 which is around $3.83 per item, I believe this is a good price for such delicious foods. It is also comparable pricing to nearby places with similar offers.
