This is absolutely one of the worst, if not the worst Hibachi restaurant I've ever ordered from. We placed an online order for 3 platters of drunk noodles, Crab Rangoon and spring rolls. To begin with, we incorrectly received RAMEN noodles and only discovered this upon reaching our destination. We then had to drive BACK to the restaurant, which was BACK across town before closing to let them know our order was incorrect. We were never offered any refund to rectify the situation, as most places who made an error which caused the customer an inconvenience. Especially when the customer had to waste almost 30-40 minutes of total travel time because of YOUR error. Also, to begin, the lady actually told us "We DID give you the right order", just to look like her face was stuck on dumb when we pulled out the container. We were then told "We're trying to work with you" when we told them a simply "We will remake the order" doesn't cut the time, gas and energy that went into an incorrect order. Second red flag, was that there was EGG SHELL in one of the orders of drunken noodles. So, let's get this correct. You're clearly either really bad at managing a restaurant, really bad at cooking, understaffed or all of the above. How does all of these mistakes happen in ONE order? We ended up throwing away both drunken noodles, since we no longer had an appetite after eating something "crunchy" only to discover there were egg shell all in the food. Whoever cooked this is disgusting and the restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for serving food like this. The crab rangoon stuffing was good, except it was FRIED to the point where it was HARD. Not a crunchy hard, but a this hurts to CHEW hard. The spring rolls were falling apart and the hard shell wasn't actually crunchy, but half-cooked and soft in multiple places for all of them. $70 spent on a total inconvenience. We came out with a $10 gift card to a place we will never order from again. You've been warned! EDIT: To the business, if you’re truly “sorry” then provide a refund. Don’t try to save face now. You only offered a gift card, which didn’t cover nearly HALF of the damages AFTER we refused to accept a “well things happen” as an excuse for this trash food and customer service.

We went for sushi. 3 roles per person, shared edemame apatizer, and 2 drinks. Bill came close to about $100, not including drink. The food was excellent. Great presentation. We didn't have any trouble getting a seat. Went on a later Sunday evening. The service was very good. I was very impressed with the presentation of the food and the quality. The selections we chose were very scrumptious and well paired. I've had sushi at places where the sauces tasted too sugary (as though it was from some canned syprup) these were perfect with the dishes and tasted fresh. I felt full and satisfied when leaving. In this circumstance, you get what you pay for. It was a little pricy, but the quality of our rolls matched the value of what we paid. I would certainly go back again in the future. Great experience. The parking lot is a little run down, and kind of in a weird area of town. The inside is modern and nice. This place would make a great date night when you're feeling like a special occasion. I'd also like to note, the food came out quickly for us. There were no conflicts. And, bonus, the booth seats had this extremely soft gel in them; I was feeling run down from other work, they were incredibly soft on my sore ends.

horrible dining experience - extreme wait times, disorganized staff, dirty water glasses and silverware. i had a reservation for 6:15, arrived just after 6 and let the hostess know my party was there but was not sat until 7pm. if the staff was honest about the wait times we probably would have left, but we were constantly told our table would be available “in 5 minutes”. when we were finally sat, the room was packed and too loud to hear the person next to you. extra chairs were squeezed in leaving no elbow room on either side. the waitress forgot one of our meals and brought it out as everyone else was finishing up their food, we were told the meal would be discounted - when we got the bill we saw they took off $1.70 which is almost worse than no discount. hibachi portions were small, not bad but not great either. over all very disappointed and will not be going back.

Don't get me wrong the food was pretty good. The parking lot at this venue almost turned me off completely! Mind you, we had reservations. Before the day and age of the covid, if the parking lot was crowded or packed - I might wait or go someplace else (most probable). Once our party FINALLY got in, almost a hour later with reservations, the table wasn't cleaned. So therefore we had to wait for it to be cleaned. As we were waiting we noticed how packed the dining room area was. Is this legal right now?! There were people coming and going with no masks on whatsoever while up and and about. It DEFINITELY seemed like it was ove capacity. Other than that our chef was amazing and our food pretty good! The chef was amazing to my niece, as it was her birthday and made her a Ballon hat. Super adorable. Besides the parking the only other slightly negative comment I have is, if you don't have an enormous appetite and need to bring food home...they give out the smallet 'take home' containers ever! Mine barely fit! Also, you need to ask the waitress multiple times for the cups for the sauces and sauces themselves. Oh, i forgot about drink refills! If you're not drinking an alcoholic beverage...be stingy because they only come around once in over a hour. It's gets a little warm in the establishment (ya know because of all the fire surrounding you lol), which makes you a little parched. Especially when you're waiting for your salad and then salad (which both are very good by the way), then your chef preparing, then the food a d FINALLY a refill on water or soda - while out neighbors who were ordering alcoholic beverages left and right never had a dry glass. Again, the worst part of this experience was the parking! People fighting for the worst parking spots and chasing people down who were leaving! It's was Christmas Eve at a mall! Absolutely horrific!!! Did I mention if they were...

Ok. So been here three times so far since they've open. For starters, if you have reservations, for hibachi do expect to wait 30 min to 40 minutes just to be seated for hibachi. Their bartender is extremely slow with making drinks. Expect that wait to be 30 minutes between ordering your drink and getting it. That's when they're busy. Second... Management needs to get better. They run this business like China Buffet with the exception of being fast. Now I went their last night didn't have Hibachi. My husband and I went for the restaurant side... Now the food was a 3 out of 5. That's with me telling them specifically how I wanted my food cook. Oh and the food for Hibachi is ok nothing unquie. Now after we were done eating we go to pay at the register... I use my card and another waitress notice that when I signed my info on my card I put a big zero on the paper for a tip. Here's where there staff is insane or there not paying their staff. The manager / this guy and her began to get loud and tell me... Excuse me you need to leave a tip because it's not right for you not to leave a tip. They get paid by tips and you must leave a tip. Ok. So now I'm pissed. Because what they failed to realize is that I already left a good tip example 10 dollars on the damn table. So of course this conversation didn't go well for him and I... How dare you. If your worried about your staff getting paid then maybe you need to pay them or include it in your bill. Ridiculous Not to mention she took the tip from that waiter who was actually...
