Ralph's Famous Italian Ices — Restaurant in Town of North Castle

Two people working there and both kids were speaking with one woman to the point of ignoring anyone else there. A gentleman before me was looking for napkins and couldn't even get their attention. And when we got up there a question was asked about what something on the menu meant and both girls started laughing but the blonde girl went hystorical laughing at her. Until I jumped in and asked what was so damn funny! And again you think this is funny that you're laughing in front of a person's face because they asked a question about the menu that's simple to you. It's disgusting. Some of these kids should not be working with the public if they don't know how to act. I've been there quite a few times with several different kids and family members. I will continue to go but if I see this those two kids working there I will drive by and take my business somewhere else. North White Plains...

This place has amazing desserts and the friendliest service, and has been my family's go to place, but I was very disappointed today. In spite of the sign that requires customers to wear a mask, those few without masks were being served without hesitation. These customers were not even asked by employees to put on a mask prior to ordering. I was very uncomfortable, gicen the tight quarters, and if I hadn't already been waiting for my order to be filled, I would have left. I will think twice about patronizing this location any time soon. If you have a sign, be prepared to verbally ask...

Yes that is what they use ..... that was not fresh coconut pieces on my ice cream 🍨

Overpriced ice flavored and they throw coconut flakes on it so you don’t taste the fruit All you taste is the huge amount of sugar In it
