Stumbled upon the Homegrown Coffee shop after dropping off my pup at the vet clinic in Dansville. I ordered a gingerbread chai latte and it honestly was one of the most delicious chai lattes I’ve ever had! Hope to make a trip back to this coffee shop sometime soon.

Great coffee and wonderful muffins & pastries. This coffee shop is so nice, simple and inviting. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I came into town to visit for a week and enjoyed the coffee at Homegrown Coffee Bar several times. At first, I was rather surprised at the number of coffee shops on Main Street (quite a few for a small town). Homegrown Coffee Bar was the only one I could find that was open before 7 am.

Bought hot coffee, and when I tried to take it out of my car cupholder the top came off and the cup folded. What a mess! I went in to get another cup to put the remainder of my coffee in. Clerk told me, " that happens". He then poured my remaining coffee in a new cup. My wife was very careful taking hers out and her cover popped off too. Not sure if we'll be back, since we are hot coffee drinkers. Pricey for a...
