Terrible service! I went there at 9:30 pm since they close at 10:00 pm. There were very slim pickings. My kids were hungry and I asked for 2 slices. They said no plain slices left. But there were two slices with pepperoni. So I asked for them to remove the pepperoni and reluctantly they did. I was charged for the pepperoni slices anyway. The guy gets out a box and asks if we want drinks I ordered a drink and said we were going to eat there. He said that they were closed. I said it is 9:30 and there website said Saturday closes at 10:00. They said they cleaned up already. After paying over $21.00 for four slices that were dry and lacking flavor, my kids couldn’t even sit down and eat. When I asked again they said we close at 10:00 so we will be cleaning and moping and you don’t want to smell that right? For the record my kids are under 8. The employees were just rushing to get my money and run out. I wish we had gone to Mama Theresa’s Pizzaria! At least there the food is great, the service is even better and when it is that close to closing they offer you what they have at a discount or throw in a slice for free. But this place was rude, expensive, food was blah and their service was terrible. I will NEVER EVER give this place any business! If I could give them no stars I would!...
Read moreI went to Cafe Gino’s to order a simple takeout pie, half cheese and half pepperoni. I paid $55 upfront, which I thought was very high, but the gentleman at the counter replied, “Everything is expensive.” I trusted the order would be correct. When I came back, I was handed not one pie, but two. That was never what I intended to order. Somehow the order was “confirmed,” but the way it played out on a slow day left me questioning how such a big misunderstanding could happen. What truly disappointed me wasn’t just the mistake, but the way it was handled. A sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, the staff just smiled as if my concern didn’t matter. I even mentioned I would share my experience on social media, and it seemed like they didn’t take that seriously. But I have more than 12 million views on my posts — and maybe those viewers will think twice and avoid this place as well. Reputations can be lost quickly when customer service is ignored. The pizza itself was good, so I’ll give credit for that. But when customer service scores zero, it ruins the whole experience. Gino’s has lost me as a customer. There are plenty of other places in the area that serve good food and treat customers with respect. Maybe my review will help someone else decide where their money is...
Read moremy experience at Cafe Gino's was absolutely horrible. First of all, the pizza literally tasted like school cafeteria pizza. You would think a ”nice restaurant” would have pizza that tastes decent. The waiter who served my friend and I was extremely rude. He gave us the wrong prices for the food and we purchased it, only to find out later that the food was much more expensive. if we had known this in the beginning we wouldn't have bought what we did. This was the waiter's fault but of course he didn't wanna own up and say he was responsible for making this mistake, instead he said that it was our fault, at this point he was ready to fight us. DO...
