My husband and I had our wedding at K. Pacho in November 2022 because we went there on one of our first dates, and it was AMAZING! The venue is stunning and the food in DELICIOUS!
First we had our ceremony upstairs in a private room that was modern, rustic, and had a warm feeling. We had 80 people including ourselves plus our outside vendors and I think that fit really well with all the extras we had! They also had a good amount of parking on both sides of the building.
For the reception we reserved their largest private event space which was the perfect size with two separate areas: the bar/lounge and the main event room. When we told our guests we were getting married at a restaurant they envisioned that meant we would simply be eating at a restaurant that reserved part of its space. Instead they were all pleasantly surprised when they saw it was a completely separate, private event space downstairs where you walk down a beautiful curved staircase and land in this modern spacious bar/lounge which also fit a photobooth. Then to see there was a whole dining and DJ setup in another room beyond that was an even better surprise to them! We had control over our own music, the lighting, and all the décor! They even provided vendor lists to us, but we opted to handle our own décor but they set it up beautifully as instructed! They made sure we had a separate deus table, card table, cake table, guestbook table, and specialty drinks!
From there the food is just BEYOND DELICIOUS! Everyone I talk to can’t stop talking about the food and how delicious it was and how full they were. Even though I was the bride I can also say the food was out of this world because they went the extra mile to make sure I ate! Our Bridal Attendant (Justin) and our Maitre D' (Bill) went out of their way to check in with us and get us any thing we needed, and made sure to bring us sampler platters of everything and anything that was out there being served to out guests. I only wish I had two stomachs and wasn’t in such a tight dress so I could eat more!
There was also a small bride and groom suite where we were able to put our stuff and just run away to so we could unwind for a few minutes at a time where again our attendant took care of us and brought us whatever we needed.
Every moment I think back I just could not have asked for a better space and day that fit who we were! It felt unique, original, and beyond all of our wildest expectations! Every time we went there we just felt like VIPs and that everything was under control!
I am forever grateful to everyone there that day for making one of the most important days of my life become one of my most...
Read moreGreat experience for my first time. Had CiCi for a waitress. She was very attentive and kept coming back to our table to make sure me and my fiancé were fine and enjoying ourselves. She also remembered our orders without having to write it down. Impressive. The ambiance was of a romantic kind of feel on the side we were placed to sit. The place is huge with 2 separate venue areas for private parties. One upstairs and another downstairs. The bar area was also very spacious and had plastic separators in between every 2 seats. The bathroom was interesting and can use more of a clean but not as nasty as I've seen before. It's one big room with multiple individual doors for privacy. The food was amazing and somewhat spicy but thats what to expect when you choose to eat Mexican. The drinks we ordered were amazing and you taste what you asked for. The tacos are one per order but super delicious, my favorite had to be the shrimp tacos. the calamari was alot in a fancy bowl which was good but too much, the guacamole was fresh from the taste and look, They make it fresh every morning i asked. The drinks were strong and very flavorful. The chips were amazing as well. The seating area also had plastic see through separators in between tables to keep you away from others but also not feel claustrophobic and made the experience more intimate. The music was great, not to loud but loud enough to hear the words over everyone chit chatting. The wait was not long at all. We walked in and was given perfect seats. The parking was ok. With this new world we are living in everyone must wear a mask when walking around the restaurant. All the waiters and waitresses have their mask on and keep it on the hole time. Much props for that because I know its not that easy having to work with your mouth and nose covered at all times. I appreciate the care and concern for others safety. We will return to this location. Left a lasting impression. Be ready for a good time with good food and a great atmosphere. I suggest to order a Cadillac margarita if you want to really get the feel for it all. Its super strong. Enjoy, stay safe and have...
Read moreNever have I ever experienced a manager start an argument with a customer who paid their bill! Was there a couple days ago. Ordered food & drinks & asked for hot sauce.
Was offered house or bottle. I asked for house not knowing there would be a change for HOT SAUCE! I had an open tab. I asked for the check & signed off & realized there was a charge for $1. I asked the bartender (who was new & was still learning, which is ok) what’s this charge, he stated he will find out. He then comes and says it’s for hot sauce. I laughed and said that’s diabolical and handed him the check & said hey if you guys do decided to take it off just add it to your tip.
2 mins later the manager comes over extremely mad and rude and aggressively asked “is there a problem here”…. And I turned around and said “you guys charge for hot sauce?” That’s crazy! And she starts arguing with me saying everywhere there is a charge for hot sauce and we aren’t the only one. I go on to tell her that I am in the hospitality business and I wouldn’t charge for someone for extra marinara with their calamari. She then states yes they have. Completely frustrated- I said please don’t tell what my job and POS system operates.
This has to be the WORST EXPERIENCE. UNPROFESSIONAL & disgusting behavior by a manager who has lost a Local customer. If I had refused to paid then I would understand but I didn’t not refuse to pay and instead said “IF YOU DECIDE TO COMP IT, ADD IT TO TIP”. She then started engaging in a conversation with other customers who had an issue with her as well & gave me this hand gesture like “whatever” and walked away.
PLEASE TEACH YOUR MANAGERS HOSPITALILY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER DID SHE SAY SORRY YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE CHARGE.
Utterly pathetic! And it reminded me why I stopped coming to a venue 2 mins for my house and rather drive...
