The food might be great, but let me tell you, the service is absolutely ABYSMAL. Not a single “thank you” or even a simple hello when I walked in. And what’s with the “cash only” policy? It’s beyond ridiculous. The food is awesome, but they should consider themselves lucky that their customers tolerate such atrocious service. Seriously, is it so hard to show a bit of gratitude when someone is handing over their hard-earned money for food? At least make an effort to make the dining experience somewhat pleasant. It’s just basic courtesy! The leadership here is a joke. The restaurant ambiance and equipment desperately need upgrades. The entrance door might as well not exist—it’s useless and flimsy, smacking into me as I enter and leave. The register, walls, chairs, and tables are ancient, visibly yellowed, and falling apart. The carpet is flat and looks ancient. It’s impossible to keep it clean with all the foot traffic over the years. They should ditch the carpet and get normal floors that can actually be cleaned. Do they even realize how much bacteria and chemicals accumulate on the soles of shoes? Clearly not, or they’d invest in changing the flooring. And don’t get me started on the stench coming from those carpets. But despite all this, I have to endure service from employees who couldn’t care less about me?!?!?! No attempt at upselling, no effort to make my experience better. I spent $60, but with a little effort, I would have gladly spent $100 if they had just suggested baklava or tabouli. Instead, the person was too quick to get off the phone and yell my order number at me. The food quality is undeniably great, but I seriously hope they work on the character of their staff by the next time I visit. I’m not even sure if it’s worth coming...

Read moreNever ordering food again!and won't be coming here with my group of friends. We are regular here for last 2 years. Management truly doesn't understand the true meaning of customer service neither they care whether you are a recurring customer or not! Lately, started ordering online almost daily for home delivery avg tab $50. I am supposed to get white sauce with my dinner portions. I asked them to replace the existing portions of my white sauce that is supposed to come with my order with slightly bigger. Same ppl wpuld place the kettle of white sauce on the table when you dine in. Funny thing is they put white sauce and never say it's extra if it gets finished on your table. But online if you order food...and request them they will. Did i just order white sauce that you gonna charge me separately? Unbelievable business strategy, and then the owner's son wanted to increase digital adoption and foot traffic of this location. Hey restaurant owner I will give you my million dollar advice for free and it won't be extra....in the whole restaurantt business ecosystem tell your employees don't worry about the white sauce and you will do just fine with...
