Munsey Park Bagel — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

I’m so upset to be writing this, I never write reviews but I’m so disappointed. I usually go here for lunch on my break from work. Their bagels were great, they had a wide variety of spreads and such to put on sandwiches and bagels. And most of all they had an amazing staff! They were so friendly, knew you personally, and made you feel welcome consistently. Unfortunately this is no longer the case... I just went in after not being there for a bit to see everything had changed! I saw new people behind the counter and asked if it was under new management or new owners. Turns out it’s owned by new people :( The new people are quite rude. I don’t expect them to know me by any means, but to obtain the same friendly neighborhood vibe would have been nice. Terrible !!!! Overall the bagels are fake !!!! No bounce less bread smaller than a regular NY BAGEL. Bagels feel like they are styrofoam . The owner has a bad attitude, I ordered 4 egg sandwiches and there is nothing inside the egg looks like it was split up amongst the 4 sandwiches. Then I ordered whitefish and it was not even a tablespoon of white fish on a very small bagel.I USED TO THINK MANHATTAN WAS EXPENSIVE ?? I have been coming here for years but NOT ANY MORE . WARNING!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go here! Absentee owner and these workers do not care about anything they are extremely nasty and rude. They messed up my order for the 3rd time and I call up the Asian woman has no interest in speaking to me and the Spanish woman also says she is busy.
