Panda House — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Do not order from this RACIST, RUDE, SORRY excuse for a restaurant AGAIN! If I could post with no stars I would. I will never order from this horrendous place ever again. It took over an hour to deliver which is not a big deal because I am pretty understanding but when the delivery man came into the office he screamed my name and told me it would be $6.00. I handed him a $10 bill and asked for $1.00 back because I mistakenly forgot to order a drink and needed an extra dollar to buy from the vending machine. The bag of food was hanging on my wrist and he threw my $10 bill back at me and grabbed my wrist and screamed "if you aren't leaving me a tip, I don't want to do business with your kind!" I stood there shocked, and the receptionist startled herself, stated he needs to leave the building right now. He ripped the bag of food off my wrist, broke my bracelet and stormed out cursing. This literally happened about 15 minutes ago and I am still in shock. I will never order from this horrendous, disrespectful...

These people are so rude!!! I called them over 1 hour ago to order some lunch for my coworker and myself (we both pay separate) we each asked how much each meal cost and they kept getting nasty! once i finished placing the order the Chinese lady asked "anything else" I said as a matter-of-fact yes! You need to be more polite to your clients, remember clients are always right... the Chinese lady responded (lol) "you ask too many questions" ... my response was " I can ask 10 questions if i want and you as a business need to answer it especially when it comes to money$$" - then a dude got on the phone and said "lady what u want?" and i explained that the lady needed to have more manners and be more polite ... he said "i don have time im hungry" i giggled and said me too then he hung up.... called the place 5 minutes ago and asked where was our food the Chinese lady said "we no dinner for you" I asked why ? she repeated "we no dinner fo u..."...

Hands down one of the worst Chinese food places I've ever tried. I suppose it's because I'm used to eating homemade Chinese meals and eating at the best Chinese restaurants in Chinatown, so I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to these types of takeout places. There's just no contest.

Got their curry chicken lunch special with egg drop soup... Bland beyond belief. I couldn't shove another mouthful into my protesting mouth as it is. I took the whole container home and added my own curry to it to make it more edible. The soup was basically just warm water with bits of egg floating inside, and not a speck of salt or pepper could be discerned. 1/5

I'd rather cook my own lunch than order from here again. At least the staff are nice and there's plenty of seats if you'd like to eat inside, but it's rather dreary and dingy, perfectly capturing the essence of its...
