Great Wall — Restaurant in Town of Orangetown

I ordered through grub hub, so I’m not sure if this contributed to my delay, but it took over an hour to receive my food. When the driver came he called and said he was outside? I’ve never had a driver not come to the door but ok. When he did ultimately come in, I handed him a tip and because I paid by card all he said was sign, handing me a print out and pen . Asked where he said anywhere ..very blunt man...but ok... The food was cold, egg / shrimp roll were good. Not the best fried wontons , too much of the wonton wrapper yet decent amount of filling once you peel off all the extra! The boneless spare ribs have great flavor but are way too hard!! Over all the place...

After waiting over an hour and a half for my food, I called to ask what the status of my order was. Only to be rudely yelled at by the women on the phone. Supposedly the driver tried to deliver the food and they said he called, however, I never received a call. They told me they would be unable to deliver my food because they were closing and refused to refund me my money. So not only did I not get the food I ordered, I was rudely yelled out, and I am being charged for food I never received. I will never order from this...

The food is good, if/when you ever receive it. Despite living 5 minutes away every order takes a minimum of 60 minutes to deliver, no big deal you can plan and adjust. Except today I waited two hours for an order to discover it on my front porch without any call. If you’re picking up, it’ll be good, getting delivery?
