I was on the hunt for a pickle place and came across this hidden gem! My husband and I ran before the shop closed and we are so happy we made it! We were greeted by the sweet owner and he walked us through the different pickles, kimchi, etc. and took the time to explain the fermentation process so we could decide. We wish we could have taken a bit of everything but decided to go with the kimchi, full sour pickles, and sweet pickled garlic. I almost finished all the garlic and kimchi in one sitting! They were all delicious and as someone who has eaten dozens of kimchi types/brands, the pickle man’s kimchi is the real deal! Just the right amount of saltiness, sourness, and crunch. I will be coming back. Don’t stop making these!...
