Let me preface by saying, that it is with deep regret that I have to write this review.
We were a group of 8 hungry individuals, who were in the mood for some great Turkish cuisine. The staff was very friendly when we arrived and set us a table outdoors, as we requested. We immediately started to order a few drinks and appetizers, which all seemed to be in the same fashion and standards as many of the restaurants we have all frequented. It only took about 45 minutes (no exaggeration) for our appetizers to arrive, albeit very fresh tasting, but there was no need for the 45-minute wait on those.
We then proceeded to order our main dishes. After this point is where our anticipated dinner went haywire. There was a full hour of radio silence since we ordered our main dishes, until one of us decided to go see what the issue was. The person working, whom I believed to be the owner, responded by saying that there were too many takeout orders that came in. She assured us that it would only take a few more minutes. As soon as we saw the staff with a few dishes make their way towards our table, which at this point seemed like there was light at the end of the tunnel, we became slightly relieved. They placed one meal down, and started to ask which one of us ordered the lamb chops, well since none of us ordered that dish, they immediately realized that these dishes were for our table.
Well, at least one of us got to eat that night. The rest of the food never came, and when we told the owner that we had to leave, she did not even attempt to rectify the situation. She knew she was in the wrong, and that an additional "white lie" of 10 more minutes was going to be another fallacy. We paid for what food and drinks we had consumed and left.
You may be asking what is the moral of this story? Well, as a fellow small business owner, along with the other 7 patrons that evening who are also small business owners, I truly believe that communication is key. If you cannot communicate properly to your patrons, then you will consistently have issues like this. If you give precedent to food delivery services such as DoorDash/ Uber Eats and neglect your dine in customers, then you might as well close your dining room and do business as a ghost kitchen concept. I understand that you maybe short staffed, and that you may be looking for the "quick buck" that DoorDash may offer, but understand the reason why you opened a restaurant. If we had ordered takeout that night, we would have gotten our food and had spectacular service, this should absolutely not be the case.
Unfortunately, we will not return and cannot recommend this establishment. I hope they do correct their service issues, because a place like this...

I live literally less than 10 mins driving. The order was placed on the restaurants officially site not through a third party. Now disclaimer the other 3 times Iāve ordered I believe we ordered for pickup so this will be the one time we decide to do delivery. My order was placed 6:02pm, at 6:33pm I thought letās check on the status. I was given estimated time Of arrival around 7:10pm I told the lady on the phone I will come pick up my food because we donāt want to wait that long, she said ok. My husband drives to pick up the food to find out she let the driver take the food. I called the restaurant from home to ask her why she would do that especially given that I told her I will drive to pick up myself. Iām not sure if she was having a bad day but she started to yell at me telling me itās Saturday they are busy and right now how I get my food is between me and the driver I told Her Iām disappointed she continued to go on and say ādonāt order from here againā and she hangs up the phone. Ofcourse when I tried calling back no one answers my call. I typically donāt leave reviews but this I feel was uncalled for. She treated me poorly and she showed no care. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur experience with this restaurant was awful. We called at 7:30 on Friday night. The first issue we had was they ran out of rice. Both meals we ordered come with rice, so not having rice is kind off a big deal. I don't even know how you run out if rice when you aren't working at full strength. Nonetheless we opted for different sides. We ordered the Curry chicken entree with fries. Bad move the sauce had little to no flavor, the chicken was over cooked and eating with fries just doesn't go. Oh and the fries where not fresh, they we're saggy. Probably cooked earlier and re-heated for our order. We also ordered grilled kofte kebab, essentially little meat burgers with salad and rice. The salad was a joke and of course no rice. The meat was burned and I guess they were aiming for medium rare but it was cooked on such high heat that it burned the meat outside. Now I know we ordered 25 minutes before they closed so the kitchen was probably rushing but we paid $50 for trash and didn't eat it all. I'll never eat or order from this...
