Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I am not sure how they got all these good reviews since their burritos are very mid almost painfully man to the point where I could say that they are bad. I really like to the service though and this is why I'm not rating them so low the people there are extremely nice and helpful and for that they are definitely getting Stars added. What I don't understand though is that they sell $12 burritos that taste like the chicken was just microwaved and then they Jam pack it with rice. I really hate when places do that to save money on meat and it's so obviously that they are doing it here. Do you remember burritos out in Central Islip for $7 you can get one filled with bacon curly fries mozzarella sticks and meat that is not even available here most likely because whoever owns the place wants to save some money. I did also get the bura tacos those were a lot better actually I think it would have been better with a side of queso instead of whatever weird meat sauce they gave me with it but nonetheless it was pretty good. I just think they're burritos are a little sad when you get one you'll see how small they are jipping you on meat. That's never going to be appreciated owners so listen up don't jip people on meat if you're going to reply to me how about instead of replying you just start including more meat even though it will hurt your bottom line you will keep more customers that way because I could pretty much guarantee you even though I had extremely great service I won't be coming back, and this is just because I have a burrito filled with rice and no chicken and the chicken itself tastes microwave, even if you order extra crispy chicken inside the burrito it should not taste soggy like it did. . I think I made my point pretty much clear here I really want some of these restaurants to get better and stop...

Samples were delivered to the Homewood Suites-Plainview before their Grand Opening and we were blown away! We couldn't wait to eat everything, and honestly, my pics don't do justice to the deliciousness of their menu items! The shredded chicken and rice combo was topped with queso, a Mexican cheese creamier than mozzarella cheese. It had the perfect blend of flavors and heat. The crispy Burritodilla was filled with a wonderful combination of rice, beans, and ground beef. The breaded Jalapeno Poppers filled with a Velveeta-flavored cheese were simply awesome. Surprisingly, even when I broiled them 6 hours later, they still remained crispy and firm. The Chiwawa was the biggest surprise- a cheesy rice ball filled with grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, beans, jalapenos, cilantro, and guacamole. Amazing! Bubbakoo's Burritos is a great addition to the neighborhood and will satisfy your Tex-Mex food desires. Ordered from Hicksville Store online pick up order. Gave me a pick up time but got there 10 min after the time to pick up. Order was not ready. Most of the order was sitting for about 15 minutes before the final burrito was made. The counter person could barely understand what I was asking. 10 min trip to my home unpacked the order and it was wrong. One totally wrong burrito and one other had wrong items. All but one burrito were cold. Fries were cold and soggy chicken wasrubbery. I emailed customer service the next day never got a response. Very disappointed with this place.
