Worst sundae service— first off of the flavor has nothing of what it should — let the customer know. Oreo mint should have Oreos — not just mint. The hot fudge should be washing over the ice cream not drizzled like a mocha frappe at DD. The soft serve pistachio was chemically tasting and off with a small bit of sprinkles. Might be good to teach your younger workers how to make fantastic treats instead of depressing camp looking concoctions.

I order a Reese’s peanut butter cup Sunday dasher and I ask for extra Reese’s and the Reese’s sauce. The owner is the only one who makes this bad. I ask for extra toppings and he doesn’t add extra toppings every time I go. All other employees do as I ask except for him. All other Carvels I go to do a good job.
