Parkway Car Stereo — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

I recently brought my car into Parkway for them to look at a problem 4 mechanic shops and the dealer could not fix. The owner spent a very long time going over the possible problems with me then had his technicians spend much more time diagnosing the problem. They were able to fix the car when the dealer couldn't. Their professionalism and service were beyond any i have encountered any where. I was so impressed with their service and prices that I brought my other car to them to have a stereo upgraded and add a back up camera. Again their service was exemplary. I have since added a remote start and referred several of my friends to them. They were not disappointed. Its not easy to find a shop that caters to their customers like they do. The owner did exactly what he said he would and when he said it would be done on time it was. I never had to wait or lose time there. so my wife thought it would be great to buy me a automatic car starter. I thought it would be great. After getting it installed, it worked for a month. I brought my car back there, they tried to fix it and it still didnt work. I brought it back there again and it worked for one day. I called the manager and he couldn't understand what was wrong. he calls me back and tells me to drop off the car AGAIN. I guess they don't understand the term , inconvenient, Travel, annoyed, incompetent. After dropping it off 4 times, was i supposed to think that the 5th time would work. They don't understand i drive to queens to work everyday. I dropping off my car is the most inconvenient thing that could possibly be done. $400 dollars later, my automatic car starter doesn't work, and i'm not dropping it off again, so these incompetent installers could TRY to fix it and get it working. I would never go back there, nor would i recommend...
