Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Store was newly renovated for first quarter of 2024, but almost everything else about this location is the same (service, etc). Also, floor mat near the counter was not fitting/placed properly, causing it to curl up at the corner, which can be a potential trip hazard for customers. The new floor center display with merchandise/products is placed too close to the pick-up counter and it has one side that protrudes out at the lower section (about shin/ankle height), which I almost tripped and fell over on. New store layout/design is good with an open and brighter look.

Original/older review: Typical Dunkin coffee, donuts, etc. Service can vary. Like that this location is open 24/7 (restaurant/store closes after specific time, but the drive through is open 24/7). I'll start off by saying that our family have been loyal to this location for many years. The women there are pretty awesome. My wife and I go every single night and order the same four drinks sometimes with donuts $14-$20 later. I Just left this location @7:50pm and will never return. Younger man at window with glasses knows our order as he's there from time to time at this hour 7:50pm. He started by saying how can I help you and as soon as I mentioned the 1st drink that I know he recognized "a small iced coffee with 7 cream and 8 liquid pumps of sugar"suddenly huffed and puff and said wait a minute. This is the same individual I've thanked over and over and was never acknowledged. The owner should take action as you've just lost $420 of our hard earned money monthly or...

Absolutely horrible service. Went through the drive-through as someone who is hearing impaired (also leg issues so I didn’t want to get out of the car) and asked a simple question about the heart-shaped donuts for Valentine’s Day. I was planning on getting some Doughnuts & Coffee for work. I couldn’t hear well so I asked them to repeat what the choices were. Then a man begins to yell at me what the donuts that are hearts are and it was so abrupt because I was speaking with a woman and I guess he just took over. Being super nasty to me when clearly I just cannot hear or understand what they’re saying could’ve asked me to put up & just take my order at the window. They were terribly rude to me. I ended up just getting one donut didn’t even get my iced coffee!!! I was so angry they were being so rude to me!!! Ugh! I will never be back to this Dunkin’ Donuts. No wonder the ratings are so low.

En Espanol: Servicio absolutamente horrible. Pasé por el drive-through como alguien con discapacidad auditiva (También problemas en la pierna, así que no quería salir del coche) e hizo una simple pregunta sobre los donuts en forma de corazón para el Día de San Valentín. Estaba planeando comprar unas rosquillas y café para el trabajo. No podía oír bien, así que les pedí que repitieran cuáles eran las opciones.
