I manage a restaurant that annually throws an end of summer event for the local kids. This was my first year using Jump and Jam, but it won't be my last! They made it easy to communicate during the booking process, and were even able to make a last minute adjustment when I asked. The crew that came to set up the equipment was knowledgeable and fast. They came to pick up the next day and I didn't even have to make a trip in to be there while they did it. I booked a popcorn and sno-cone machine and I ordered extra kernels/butter packets and syrups because in the past when I have used other rental companies, we have run out. I didn't have to use any of the additional supplies I purchased. Jump and Jam provided a generous amount of everything and even had things like scissors and scoops packed with the supplies! I loved that they have all their prices visible on their website, and I was able to book straight from there. (Almost every other party rental site requires you to send in an inquiry before they contact you with details such as pricing and availability) I couldn't recommend...

This is the 6th time I’ve used Jump and Jam for a party. This time it was for a block party. They were exceptional! They went over all the available inflatables for my date. They have an awesome website that has live availability, but I needed advice about which ones to order, and the staff took their time and went over each one with me, never rushed me off the phone, even though I called about 10 times before I booked. They took the deposit over the phone, called the day before to tell me when it would be setup and picked up. The delivery Workers came on time to setup, they worked so quickly, then returned at the time I was told. The inflatables were clean and I was impressed with all the extra securing they did to make sure they would be safe for the kids. We had a very windy day. Really happy I found this company! Very straightforward process on their website, had plenty of options to choose from at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff from the representative over the phone confirming everything to the delivery and pickup crew. I didn't see that they offered tables and chairs on their site when I reserved the bounce house, I tried looking for them and everyone was charging outrageous prices. I called Jump and jam back and turns out they do it all and were able to accomodate me last minute. As for the bouncy house it was in excellent condition it was clean and in excellent condition, the tables and chairs were also clean and in perfect condition, I couldn't be more happy about my experience and will definitely...
