Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I spent THIRTY DOLLARS on a box of hot cocoa which I was bringing to my son's holiday party at his elementary school. The box of cocoa came with 10 cups. I asked the woman behind the counter if I could have 8 more small cups. She looked at me in complete shock and disbelief as though I had just asked for her first born. She then told me that they had no more cups and were waiting for a cup delivery. I explained that it was for a kids holiday party and there are 18 kids in the class, hence the need for 18 cups. She stood firm on her claim that they were out of cups (even though I'm watching the staff make drinks behind the counter and put them in...cups!). When she realized how ridiculous her response was, she changed her tune and said that they are only permitted to give out 10 cups with a box of joe. So I left and had to go to another store to buy cups and was late for the party. I'm sure the cocoa got cold as well. I will never go back...

They keep raising their prices it's now over $5.09 for an iced coffee with nothing extra they charge per flavor shot extra they charge no ice extra I asked the guy did you raise prices I get deer in headlights look 107 Hempstead Turnpike much better has it for $4.89 there was a woman who cared and ran the place very well now there's some guy at the register in the I don't care I just work here type of role he doesn't even get the orders right half the time I know for minimum wage I can't expect somebody to care but when I come here and there's a woman who does a great job and cares and she is replaced by somebody who's job can be replaced by kiosk. Hash browns taste like garbage sandwiches or mushy bad...

I went there for a Ice cream cake and was hoping for a little help from their staff, since it was a themed party and cake needed. Sales staff was more interested in talking to each other and using their cell phones. The cake did turn out OK when I picked it up 2 days later. The staff that day was not aware that there was a special order to be picked up. I made them look for it. They did finally find it. And, it was delicious and really pretty. The reason I gave them a 4th star was their coffee prices there are better than many other area...
