I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews, but this experience was so bad I felt it had to be shared. This was hands down the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I came in for a spa pedicure ($69) and left beyond disappointed. The technician painted literally half of my toenails, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, he walked away mid-service and said someone else would do it. Zero professionalism, zero accountability. Another nail technician eventually came to repaint my toes but they still charged me full price and actually wanted me to still leave a tip for the technician who walked away from painting my nails. If I could I would give it 0 stars, made a last minute appt. Went & sat for 45 min. Ultimately, when the tech FINALLY came to sit, I got up, she offered to do it for free & I declined. If they can’t honor an appt, then don’t take it - it was last minute, I would understand more if they were honest, it’s very unfortunate because Viva was my go to, now it’s under new ownership, they could have had a loyal, consistent client but instead they chose to be dishonest & lost a potential long term client - I wish them well & hope they learn from this mistake, nail salons are a...

HIGHLY recommend tbis place. Omg it’s been 2 years since I moved over here and haven’t found a good pedicure salon! Omg hit up LIA. Amazing. I swear to god, the BEST pedicure I have ever had. She cleaned me up so nicely, perfectionist, hard worker, clean & friendly. I was so comfortable with her. I even paid for a 10 minute massage because her massages are amazing !
