Finns Delicatessens Inc — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Like many others in the area I was a sequa regular for years. The larger they got the more their service failed and no matter what you ordered it would be wrong. That's when I decided to try Finn's. I swear by them now. Their egg sandwiches are always incredible. Their delivery is super fast, Their in-store customer service is remarkable (even during a time where stores are having difficulty with staffing) the prices are absolutely incredible and like a true deli you can taste how fresh everything is. I typically just get breakfast from Finn's but I have to imagine the rest of their menu is as impeccable as their breakfast selection. Oh and their iced coffee is out...

I cant recommend Finns enough! They went above and beyond to save the day after my lunch order for a business meeting was unexpectedly cancelled last minute. Without question they assembled a wonderful platter of sandwiches complete with salads and even made a veggie wrap at no charge when I showed up to pick up the order- when I was the one who forgot to ask initially for one veggie option! Absolutely awesome customer service start to finish! In addition, everyone commented how absolutely delicious the food was. Thank you Finns! Absolutely disgusted with the service I recently received. The burger is hard as a rock the fries are soggy when I asked for well done. They made me wait around saying my food order wasn't ready for pick up and everything was cold to the touch. The phone service was rude as well. Well I just spent a pretty penny on food I am throwing out now because I have no way of heating it up. Hence why I ordered take out. The breading literally slid off the mozzarella stick because its that cold and hard. Never ever again will my store give them business for our lunches again. I'm so embarrassed.
