Holy Cow Burgers — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

2nd visit: we visited Holy Cow yesterday and had an equally amazing experience as last time and even better as the person at the front desk told us to place an order through self-order kiosk. We were able to top our chopped cheese burger with add-ons , which were not even given as an option while ordering with the person last time, and let me tell you. The add ons took our burger experience to the next level. It was beyond amazing, just delicious. We added everything from halal bacon to cheese, fried egg, and avocado. Fries and onion rings were crispy and fresh as last time. Chicken tenders were crispy and juicy and flavorful. Love everything we ordered. I love that they serve/bring out your whole order at once, and it's all hot/warm, not like at some joints they serve you in installments.

1st visit (December 23, 23): Had a wonderful experience at HolyCow Hicksville location. We ordered a Holy sampler (3 burgers) and a chopped beef burger. Loved all the burgers equally. Fries were crisp and tasted fresh. Onion rings were good, too. You get Holy chicken, Holy beef, and Holy dog along Fries and onion rings in a sampler for $30, amazing deal as they give you full size burgers with proper portion of fries and onion rings.

We will definitely be coming back to enjoy their burgers again inshaAllah. Customer service was good, too. Though they should work a bit more on their interior decoration.

They have Hal and al locker, so you can buy their amazing products along enjoying their amazing burgers.

We ordered sweet potato totes, but the delicious burgers and hot crisp fries made us forget about sweet potato totes altogether. we realized we didn't get it only after eating everything 😂 no regrets. Food tasted extra good because everything was fried to order and served steamy hot. ...

I was excited to try this place. I saw it driving home one day from work. I have to say I was very disappointed. The food was not the best, I ordered two burger sliders with bacon, I asked for well done bacon, I get home and it’s floppy bacon, which at that point I wouldn’t have even wanted it. There were barely any jalapeños on them and maybe 2 dices of onions between the both of the sliders, also sauce, there was little to none, thank God for the ketchup. I also ordered two chicken sliders, they were actually spicy which was a nice surprise but the chicken was about the size of a chicken nugget, not only was it small but it was burnt, the breading was borderline black but it was not crispy, so it was definitely rushed to cook. I was also charged for a mayo packet and wasn’t told about it, she wasn’t even going to give me a receipt until I asked and saw the charge, it wasn’t even offered to take off the charge or anything. I just don’t understand how you can charge for Mayo when you get a burger. I would say the best part of the whole order was the fries. Customer service was horrible, she didn’t even smile once, I had to run to my car and grab my wallet and when I got back she saw I came back to pay & she stayed in the back and had me wait like I...

I really wanted to like this place. I walked in last night and saw 2 bare footed kids running and stepping all over the furniture and the staff just looked on. Okay, no worries I was picking up an uber eats I ordered online. The cashier didnt tell me that they ran out of hot dogs even though it was on my order. I proceeded to go through my order which was stapled shut and thats how I found out about it. I asked them to refund me for that and I was told to call Uber. They treated me with bad customer service thinking I am an Uber driver because my wifes name was on the order. Keep in mind, this place is brand new. I would expect great quality customer service from a place wanting to make a name in this area. The chicken tenders were good and the sliders were luke warm and had to be reheated. I live close by and really wanted this place to be my go-to for sliders and burgers. I expected way more considering their prices. Will give them another shot and see how they improve...
