Singas Famous Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I order(ed) from this place more than once a week for the last two years. DoorDash showed they were closed so I called the location. The guy that answered told me to get Uber Eats.... which also said they are closed. He told me I'm wrong and its open on both apps. I was trying to send pizza to my brother's party. A few of us at the party confirmed delivery was not available on the app.

So I decided to call back to pick up 8 pies and other items instead of delivery and the guy answers by saying "We are closed already bro". He must have saw my number on caller ID.. I wanted to come pick up a large order but he WOULDN'T EVEN LISTEN TO ME. My friend didn't believe that Singa's was closed after two straight weeks of getting pizza on Friday night..so my friend decides to call. The guy answer's and immediately says "bro! I told you we are closed." So my friend tells him, "dude, this is the first time I call you."

All of a sudden the guy decides to take an order from my friend.. we decided not to order food because of the way he treated us. Great way to treat someone who is a usual customer willing to go out of our way to come pick up an order. So disappointed!

I will NEVER order from here again. This is my first experience calling their location. No more. Not worth the headache for pizza on a drinking night. There are many other options. Thank God for Dominoes, little caesars, pizza hut etc! At least they...

Ordered 4 pies of pizza, the onions tasted sour and the cheese tasted funky. I called the store to explain to Bharath, the person who was helping us out, he claimed that if you ask for pizza to be well done, the cheese will taste funky. If you’ve ever cooked food, you know that’s not true. I explained that I order from this location & actually picked up pizza over the weekend from here as well and the cheese didn’t taste funky when I ordered last time; however he was refusing to give a refund even after I offered to drop the pizza off to him. The toppings aren’t fresh at this location- while we were waiting to grab our food, another customer complained about the mushrooms not being fresh on their pizza at which point the counter person brought out their box of toppings to show the “fresh” ingredients.

I love the little pizzas here and have been comming since they first opened. Its one of the best personal sized pizzas out there. They also have lots of toppings to choose from including indian favorites like chicken tikka masala or paneer cheese. The service is the only weak point at this location with the phone orders sometimes being difficult to understand and they dont take any name or phone number. This could be harder for new patrons who dont know the process there. Wish the counter help was a little friendlier as well. Definately you should try this place though for a tasty spin on classic pizza. Even though im normally into lots of toppings, Im all about the plain cheese here because I like to savor the sauce...
