I made my order online, and I normally do not take screenshot of my order because normally you get a receipt (which this time I did not check). I go to the restaurant and ask for my order and they say "okay it is not ready yet". I stand there waiting for my order and they ask me again, just to tell me there is no order. I show them my screenshot of my order online and they tell em "we do not take orders online, nonetheless take credit card payments, and that it is not their website". Very dismissive and making it seem that I was lying. I showed them a screenshot that money had been taken out of my account under their name. They had me show them how the order was made online and told me for next time I should wait for an email receipt. At this point, they still have me waiting because they were verifying the amount had been deposited into my account (their ipad not charged, I had to wait for that as well). Once they corroborated, they were finally asking if I wanted my food. As a restaurant you should have more credibility for your customers. At this point, it was no longer the wait, but the fact that I had to show several proofs and still argue with me back and forth that their site is not optimal for online orders. And when I am telling them they need to be accountable for what they were charging me they were not. Making me feel like I was a liar and committing a fraud blows my mind. And after all this I still had to wait for my food another 35 minutes. I did not even receive an apology. I could just leave my review and leave no stars I certainly would. So apparently, if you still decide to order from them or go eat at their restaurant(not hygienic), make sure you do not place an order online because you are making it up all...

Now, among my favorite cuisines, ranking in the top 5, is peruvian food; which, usually, has a big big a$$ problem... pricing. Most of places, specially in NYC, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties area is pricing (overwhelmingly overcharged, like, close to a robbery...) small locations overcrowded (because, who doesn’t love peruvian food, eh!? 🤷🏼♂️) with difficult parking, rude waiters and waitresses, small portions, blablabla... I am sure you have suffered this unfortunate problems as well.
HOWEVERRRR!!! That won’t happen in Inti! Let me tell y’all this, I live in Whitestone (Queens) and I rarely go to the depths of Long Island except to go to Ikea or, TO GO TO INTI! Until I found this place I thought having a decent and varied, as well as tasteful and charming Peruvian meal, was impossible in NYC. Not to add that I was frustrated from a previous experience in UWS Bdway @ 80s . But in INTI, you will just have the best authentic and full of options Peruvian food. (Actually, I felt like back to my trip to Cusco and Machu Pichu)
Everything is f%#^ing great: price, location, taste, staff, ... to put it simple, I never have left-overs to bring to...

During the pandemic the prices went up I understand They said support your local business but This restaurant is practicing something that is not fair for the customers I called yesterday and I spoke to someone that said that she was in charge and said that the company that makes the containers don't make those sizes no more that's why they're using the smaller ones she was rude and not letting me talk She told me that the amount of food was the same when they used the smaller containers "really"The amount of food that they are giving you now doesn't represent on what you pay for so be aware I believe that she didn't care Besides when you ask for extra hot sauce they charge you for the extra ones This place used to be on top of my list as a Peruvian restaurant I used to recommend friends coworkers and family I'm not gonna do...
