I have to say I had the best experience at this Mattress Firm. I went in to buy two Twin L mattress and bed frames, I just recently had a pipe burst in my house which destroyed two rooms. I saw an amazing price online so I headed to the store. Unfortunately it was only an online ad and I thank God for that bc the customer service I received was OUTSTANDING. I was helped by Ronnie Philip, he had sympathy for my situation as he had a similar experience with a house being destroyed,, he was so polite and kind,, yes that is right,, not many people have kindness anymore,, he has amazing knowledge about mattresses,, and I mean every single one I asked about,, he knew everything about them. He also explained on the adjustable frames how certain positions of the frame help people sleep and breath better,, it stops snoring as well as promotes blood flow. He was patient, I did not feel rushed what so ever and he really wanted me to get something I loved. I had looked at a Queen mattress myself but it was way out of my budget. The most comfortable bed I have ever been in but I did not have the money,, so we kept looking and I saw one that was cheaper and not as comfy but I figured I would go with that one. As we sat down for me to get the mattresses,, he again asked me if I was sure bc he saw how much I loved the first one,, I went one more time to look and then sat back down again to talk about which one I was going to get after spending a couple hours there I ended up leaving with two Twin ls, two bed frames,, the amazing Queen size bed and frame, that I had originally looked at,, he gave me it at less than half bc there was a mattress he used to do a show,, a brand new mattress never slept on,, only used for prop. He had given me thousands of dollars of discounts, I have never had an experience like this before. I will never go anywhere else Ronnie is a down to earth, funny, caring and intelligent individual,, I cannot say enough about him...
Read moreFirst time ever leaving a negative google review, solely due to how terrible the customer service is here. After waiting hours in-store for advisement, I purchased a mattress & bedframe with a promise that both Items would be shipped by my move-in date.
Today, we’re Going onto a full week after the promised delivery date with no set concrete date of when I will receive my purchased bed frame. I am still sleeping on a mattress on the floor. From the purchase date - Now, I realized on my own that my order was incorrect (size of bed frame was different than the mattress), and was given the go-around that my order could not be changed until the salesmen was in-store. So I had to wait 48 hours and for this to be updated, even after fully explaining to the store that this has to effect my promised delivery date. Then my bed frame just so happens to break when shipped to NY, and after speaking to FedEx it is STILL being shipped back to the supplier in Canada. With no word as to when a new bed frame will be shipped & replaced.
I understand mistakes happen and purchases do get delayed, and I do appreciate the salesmen telling me daily that they are on top of it. It gets to a tipping point when everyday I’m falsely being told “the bed frame should be coming soon”, and then FedEx tells me over the phone that the replacement bed frame has not even been shipped yet (from Canada - NY) and it could be another week (14 days after promised delivery date).

Read moreEdit: Richard was able to advocate to a district manager and honored the sale price. I set an appointment to see him at 5pm. Unfortunately upon my arrival another customer was looking at beds and I had to wait over an hour to be seen. It also required me going into the store to sign the contract. I wish a by phone or internet transaction was available. A flaw in the business model. Deliver was set up and I received pre delivery automated texts and updates. Delivery was on time and unremarkable. The delivery staff did not have any ID's or an official shirt or jacket on. We are now finally settling in to the new mattress.
Original: Went in to purchase and set up delivery for a replacement mattress due to a warranty issue with our current mattress. Richard offered to waive our delivery and a savings of $250 since with a warranty credit will not let you take advantage of the sale pieces. After over an hour and setting the delivery appointment.
We were told by another co worker our warranty claim was too new in the system they could not process the sale. Additionally if we followed up in a few days they would be unable to waive the offers Richard originally made to us.
We left feeling that this was just another way MF was avoiding making good on...
