Couldn’t rate the food because it never came out but the customer service is non-existent. I mean literally. 3 kids in the kitchen making pies and none came up to the counter for 15 minutes even when asked.

I got there when a notification that my one pie was ready for pickup. I got there and waited in store for five minutes before asking if someone can help me. 15 minutes passed before one of the kids came up and gave me an attitude that “where your order?!” then turned around and walked away.

Specifically the kid with pimples, bowl cut, on the taller side, wiping his nose while making pies with his bare hands wearing a red sweater.

Another kid came up 5 minutes later in a black hoodie and said there was a big order and he couldn’t find my order. He tried to lie saying it would be done in 2 minutes. I asked at this point to just cancel the order and the kid kept making up lies until he finally...

This is my second experience recieving brownies when ordering the cinnabon pull aparts. The first time, i didnt bother saying anything, and let it go. This time, we called the store and spoke to someone there. He asked me to send him a picture of the order. I sent a picture of the order showing the cinnabon dessert. He told me he actually needed a picture of the incorrect item, in order to show his staff to check what they takeout before they leave. I said okay, no problem. I sent him the picture 2 times while on the phone with him, and he said he didnt get it. I then told him that maybe it was because we were on the phone, so i said lets hang up and see if it sends. I sent him a text 10 minutes later, asking if he received it, but he never responded back. I guess he felt that once he got off the phone, he was off the hook....

If it were possible I would give them zero rating for their extremely rude and unprofessional service.Had repeated bad experiences here.The delivery guy delivers your pizza elsewhere and when I call the Manager to report he says these things happen.Serioulsy, I am not paying $ 3.99 and extra tip for your unskilled driver to deliver somewhere else with a no contact option.He also gave me a very dull-witted explanation of the Covid guidelines.Mind you, it's still very much a Pandemic and I have to take precautions for my toddler at home when ordering.Very poor customer service and attitude of the workers here.I guess not even the parent company cares even after reporting to them.No response and no reply.Well no more ordering from this poor and bad serviced pizza...
