Parisi’s Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Im came in an ordered a large pie...i waited 45 mins for food that normally would have been 15 mins.THATS NOT THE WORST PART..1st this guy who was working the register was wearing a long sleeve black T-shirt that was too big...he starts preparing the dough and never washed his hands and his sleeves are landing on the food...then this short man came from back stands over him, SCRATCHES THE BACK OF HIS SCALP BARE FINGERS AND ALL...and takes over putting his fingers and hands all over and in the dough to prepare the pizza. I then ask " is that my pizza? "They say yea.. I inform them " he scratched his head" The female staff communicates to him in Spanish...he gets mad for being called out on his error and argues back with her and eventually walks off refusing to correct the situation. The guy who originally was preparing the pizza proceeds to make the pizza AGAIN never washed his hands and while he's doing so...hes got his dirty sleeves all over the dough and there's Flour all over the sleeves ...the only good thing I can say was at least the 1 female bruenette staff came to communicate to me that the original pizza i ordered they forgot to add the topings. So essentially that was the reason for the 45 min hold up. I will NEVAAAAAAAAAAA go back to this NASTY DISGUSTING...

I recently had the chance to visit Parisi’s Pizza and Pasta. The menu is incredibly impressive, offering a wide selection that caters to just about every craving. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic cheese slice, a loaded specialty pie, or something a bit more unique, you will find it here. It is hard not to try something new since there are so many options, my suggestion is one slice of your favorite and another that you haven’t tried yet. The chicken caesar salad slice is one of my favorites. In the photos that I shared you can see just how many different types of options you have to choose from.

Beyond the food, the location is a huge plus. It’s easy to get to, conveniently situated, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a positive experience. The shopping center is pretty busy but parking lot is big enough to find a spot somewhere. The DMV and Planet Fitness are the main reasons for the amount of traffic. Overall, this place delivers on all fronts: great food, great selection, and a perfect spot to return to...

Parisi’s is truly our favorite pizza spot. The food is consistently delicious and delivered promptly. But what really sets them apart is their exceptional service.

Over the weekend, I stopped by to pick up a pie with my infant son. I was juggling the stroller and the pizza when one of the staff members (I wish I had gotten his name!) kindly offered to carry the pizza out to my car. It was such a thoughtful gesture—something that doesn’t happen often and meant a lot to me. He even told me to call ahead next time so they could bring it out to make things easier.

We were already regulars because of the great food, but their kindness and care for their customers have made us even more loyal. Highly recommend giving Parisi’s a try—you won’t be...
