I am a regular customer at this location of Subway. Today I went in and got the same sandwich I get EVERYTIME. Unfortunately, this time the employee decided to charge me $21.34 for a foot long and a bag of lays. Like I said, I come to this location regularly and NEVER has it been anywhere close to $21. My fault for not checking the amount before I paid, but in my defense, it is always the same amount. I called the franchise about a half hour after I left, once my AMEX notification came up, to just question my charge and he tells me it was because I ordered "double cheese". Never have I been charged "double cheese", nor did I ask for extra cheese. It is INSANE that they are able to just throw random charges on someone without explaining. Like I said it was my fault for not making sure to look at my bill before I paid, but I just find this so unfair. I will not be going back to this store, or Subway at all for that matter. I'll head to a small business deli and get two sandwiches for $21. THANKS. Also extremely weird that this location refuses to take coupons. Isn't Subway a franchise, how is this allowed. No one...

I had made some customizations to one of the sandwiches and politely inquired with the worker, who happened to be the owner, if the customization instructions were followed, as they had been disregarded during my previous visit. Unfortunately, the owner's response was exceptionally discourteous, claiming they were very busy and insisting that if the customizations were in the notes, they would have been followed. Upon returning home, I discovered that one of my sandwiches was missing lettuce entirely. I called to address the issue with the owner, who continued to be impolite and initially denied the possibility of such an error, later dismissing the importance of lettuce altogether. Two different names. The guy behind the counter switched the breads. He told my boyfriend it’s the same bread. No its not . A cheese bread is not the same as a plain Italian bread. The worker realized his mistake and did not want to make it right, he kept saying “same bread.” We are not stupid and we knew it wasn’t the same. He did not speak english well. I asked for a coupon for the next time since it was his mistake. No apology . No coupon. At least say you’re sorry. In this type of job you need to speak and understand English well and he did not.
