Updated: COVID-19 restrictions changed the experience of dining (similarly to other restaurants) and safety precautions are properly and effectively enforced. Face mask worn by all staff and diners, a 2hr dining limit, and immediate cleaning and sanitizing of the dining area. Also utilized disposable plates and small paper trays for diners. Patrons/diners separated by adequate social distance spaces. Sushi bar is closed, only tables and booths are available for diners as well as take-out service. Service and food quality were similar as before, efficient and very good. All-you-can-eat sushi was great (M-Th $21.99 or Fri-Sun $23.99 + tax per person). Friendly and fast service. Clean, quiet, and lovely dining atmosphere with ample parking. Cost a little more than some other all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants, but the quality of the food/seafood is better. Great that it's shareable, similar to a family style dining. Some sushi rolls were great and delicious. Some had "accompaniment" sauces that were either too sweet or just ok. Great dishes I tried included the BBQ squid, fried calamari, rock shrimp tempura, kani salad, salmon skin salad, dragon roll, yellowtail jalapeno roll, spicy dragon, sashimi (consisting of yellowtail, red snapper, eel, spicy tuna, white salmon, and egg custard), and several others. The green tea ice cream was delicious. Tempura Oreo was good, some may love it and some may just be ok with it -- simply try it for yourself. There were a couple of items I may not get again because they are bit humdrum and forgettable (I actually forgot the specific names). Overall, it was a great experience. Will dine in again.

Got two weekday buffets yesterday (Tuesday). There were a couple good things, a couple really bad things (one order of Kalbi was like 10 pieces, I don’t want that much…), and then there’s the taste. Nothing had any taste whatsoever. The mango had taste to the point where it overpowered everything else in the butterfly roll. The tempura surrounding the crab and the chicken was very hard, and flavorless. In fact they nearly nullified the flavor of the tempura sauce, and the crab was so sparse it didn’t even absorb any of the sauce period. The crab, the shrimp, the yellowtail, the salmon, both from rolls and sashimi just did not have any flavor, it was incredibly mulled and severely overboiled. The red california roll, the summer roll, the tiger roll, didn’t taste of anything except avocado and even that came and went in different bites. The spice from the summer roll was almost inexistent. The mushroom soup didn't even have anything in it, save two small pieces of cut up mushroom, and that was the most flavorful thing I got. Some of the things, the cucumber roll, didn’t even come out and the sashimi I ordered were all very small cuts. If you want to get ayce sushi, this ain’t it. I highly suggest Watawa, if you can enjoy Sushi Village spend your money where you’ll get value for your money.

Sushi was fair. The fried foods were very greasy. The Kani salad was okay. The salmon skin salad was soso. The sashimi looks very nice and fresh. The fish look fresh and tastes fresh. Taste is lacking a bit. Bland was the theme. High quality fish. Everything was good just something was missing. One of the better all you can eat places with top notch fish quality. I'd say much better than the competition so far. Everyone working there is clearing tables some with gloves and some without are also serving food and not washing hands. Service is okay/soso friendly but not super attentive. You need to get their attention because you will be sitting there. Soda tasted okay. Sushi presentation was very good. It was either a hit or a miss and it felt like a miss. I don't know if I'll ever go here again. There's parking which is very convenient. The restaurant looked very nice. All you can eat Japanese food. All you can eat sushi. Basically a all you can eat buffet just order off the menu and stop eating before you stop breathing. All you can eat for $29 per adult and $9.99 per child under 3 they said and charged. Sushi village is decent.

My daughter and I were in the mood for Sushi and she wanted to come back this place which I enjoyed the first time we came here as well. Now when we first came here based on the outside appearance of the place I almost did a u turn and said Hell Nawwwwwwwww !! Lol Let just say the outside does not look appealing to the eyes. My daughter though said lets go inside and check it out because she heard the food was good. Listen we go inside and it looks nothing like outside. Its all you can eat Sushi buffet for 20 plus bucks per person. How bad could it be I said.

Customer Service: 3.5 out of 5 stars

We were greeted right away both visits and sat down but not explained how it works. The reason I say how it works is because they give you menu to fill out for what you want and you give it to the server and they prepare it for you fresh. I love that because when I saw buffet I am thinking quality will be lacking. So we had to call someone over to explain to us their process. They were extremely attentive as far as beverage refills and napkins etc.. They are a little rough around the edges lol as fart as customer service I don't think it is a attitude issue more so a culture thing which is cool no worries.

Food: 4.5 out of 5 stars

My daughter and I were in heaven the first time we went there and second time was even better because we tried other stuff. We stared with the Calamari and Shrimp Tempura. The sauce for the Calamari was Soooooo good. Had this citrus sweet taste and Calamari was honestly some of the best I ever had and you can tell it was freshly prepared. It was crunchy and not rubbery. The Shrimp Tempura were HUGEEEEE !! also very tasty in a good dipping sauce not sure what kind of sauce it was though. They then bought out the Salmon & Chicken Teriyaki OMG !! this Teriyaki Sauce WAS ERRYTHANGGGGGGGGG !!!!! The Salmon was perfect and chicken was very good as well. I recommend trying that Salmon though. They then bought out our order of California Rolls, Mango Avacado Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, Spicy Crab Rolls, Shrimp Tempura Rolls YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !! the first word that comes to mind is FRESH the taste was so fresh on all the rolls and that Mango Avocado ROLL WAS PHENOMENAL A MUST ORDER IF YOU VISIT. By this time were stuffed LOL but we promised ourselves we would try dessert. I had the Red Ben Ice Cream and my daughter had the Green Tea Ice cream and we both wanted to try the Oreo Tempura. The Oreo Tempura were GREAT !!! Warm and tasty with every bite amazing especially on cold ice cream. That Red Bean ice cream made almost slap myself for neglecting myself of this my whole life lmao. I tried my daughter;s Green Tea ice cream and would rather watch a 24/7 paint drying channel while being strapped and bolted to a chair with my eyelids taped open lol in other words it was disgusting but my daughter likes that kind of stuff lol.

Ambiance/Decor: 3 out of 5 stars

The Exterior of this place looks like it survived a Riot LOL Real Talk but don't concentrate on how it looks from the outside. The inside actually was not bad pleasant on the eyes and colorful. A decent little feel inside calming to an extent. Totally different vibe once you get inside. You get to see the guys go to work on your Sushi/food as it is made fresh even though it is buffet.

Overall this place gives you great bang for your buck and the Quality VS Quantity/Cost Ratio is pretty hard to beat. I will definitely be back when in the area. Solid service and great food is a cant miss for what you pay. Plenty of parking with their own private lot so that wont be an issue. I recommend the Mango Avacado Roll, and Red Bean Ice Cream...

I wouldn’t recommend this place to person with no taste buds. Disgusting poor quality. It’s like cheap Chinese buffet grade, but at least when you go to Chinese buffet to eat sushi you don’t expect the sushi to be super great. I was so disappointed in how awful this food tasted. The kitchen appetizers, the sushi pieces, looked so unappetizing and tasted that way too. Before consuming all the food I unfortunately ordered and would never have ordered if I knew the quality was this low, I tried to let the waitress and manager know this I just could not eat because of how it tasted. I wanted to go to Masa Sushi Lounge but they couldn’t seat us, and wow Masa BLOWS this place away. The two aren’t even comparable, yet they’re the same price. I was not paying full price for food I rarely even ate and from what I did eat I didn’t enjoy. If you choose to treat your body like garbage and eat this places garbage food, then that’s up to you. The old man manager was trying to say we had to pay even though we didn’t eat, would you eat food that was not up to your standards and that tasted and looked awful? No! The manager threw his finger in my face and charged at me as if what, I’m scared of you crusty old man? I’m a small woman but I don’t feel easily threatened. Haha how disgusting and putrid the customer service, food, and staff was. You should be ashamed of the food served and the way that old man can treat customers. Don’t go here if you value your money and taste buds. Diu lei lo...
