Uncle Joey’s Rainbow Explosion — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Yesterday I wrote a review of my disappointment of the box of rainbow cookies that I received, and the owner of uncle Joey‘s rainbow explosion contacted me right away and said they were willing to give me a full refund and upon coming in I explained to them my experience and they were very kind to me and they gave me my full refund and to my knowledge I think it was just That particular box that I was given because everything in the shop looks absolutely delicious!!! And I’ve had rainbow explosion cookies before and they were very good. I’m happy to say that they treated me very well and I will be back. I wish these guys were open more. This is the best place with everything rainbow cookie. I loveeeeeeeee the flavor or rainbow cookie. I mean who doesn't? My wife normally would go inside while I wait outside. Well today for Valentines day I went in for the first time. Well that was a huge mistake! I went in for 2 or 3 things and walked out with 8 things. I couldn't decide because everything looked so good. I got a crumb cupcake, cheesecake cupcake, black and white crumb, tiramisu, cannoli square, cannoli, Boston creme doughnut, and a regular black and white. Remember these are all with rainbow cookie infused. I legit got diabetes right after this. Hahaha If you haven't come this place is a must. We need to make a petition for them to be open...

If I ever get to try the cookies, I’ll amend… but I’ve been trying to eat these damn cookies for weeks. The Instagram posts are unclear about all the rules on when you have to pre-order by. I submitted a pre-order 3 days in advance before Mother’s Day at 2:35pm, when the store opens at 3pm according to their website thinking we’re good for a Saturday pick up but NOPE orders closed at 2pm.
