Old review below the new one.
I went with my family to shop over the weekend and I decided to order lunch for all of us. The guy at the cashier could not me more interested in taking my order. Just stared at me until I tried to place my order. I asked about a dish I had before and he mumbled some of the things that sounded close to it until I found it on the board and chose my items. Proceeded to mumble something else and then just stared at me when I asked to clarify what he said and just didn't want to be bothered. Very fun. Food was ok.
My noodles were in a bowl that just kind of let all the liquid just pour out onto the tray. While I was waiting for my food I saw the same cashier enthusiastically talking to an Asian family about the food and menu and being all around helpful.
Food was fine. Overpriced. Seating is always packed and pretty dirty. Family next to us felt like brushing their kids hair right next to everyone's food.
Food is overpriced in my opinion. Waits are terrible. Food court is always packed and messy. I've seen flies around the open containers of kimchi and pickled onions. I also noticed 3 different charges on my card when i last went. My original was $28 and i saw two more for about $29 and $33. Still disputing those charges with my credit...
Read moreI just saw the owner replied. Unfortunately, it's not a lucky day of the owner. What I ordered was Hot Stone Bibimbap but I was given COLD. I'll upload the receipt to show the owner was lying. Will never come back. Stay away from this place! Don't believe the picture posted here. They are not what you will get. Today I ordered bibimbap (for $19.45) and wanted to dine there. It made me wait for 30 minutes, and gave me a to-go bag. I was so hungry, found a table and opened the to-go lunch box and found everything is COLD, fried beef, fried eggs, I mean everything. They didn't cook anything. It's exactly the same as the prepackage bibimbap sold on the shelf, which is $14.99. The zucchini in it tasted sour and the other food inside also not fresh. just wondering if it has to be preprepared food, why it took 30 minutes to take it from the shelf right...
Read moreWent there once, I hated it. I thought I would give it another try. I hated it more. The biggest issue is everything is too freaking sweet. So sweet; my teeth fall off. I know that Americanized foods are in general on a sweeter side. However I think they need to hire a real Korean chef. The current one doesn’t have a clue about what Asian dishes taste like. Yeah, it looks easy and everyone can mimic. But not easy to make it authentic. So I know you can’t hold high expectations from this place. I would not review this place if it doesn’t go beyond that. Get this: Why do they even bother serving the Pho noodles? They named it as Rice Noodles but there is no such a kind in Korean food history. It was the worst Pho I have ever tasted.
I think they were far less busy during my last visit. The writing is...
