I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Manager Matt at my local T-Mobile store, and I must say, it was an elite experience. As someone who values exceptional customer service and effective leadership, I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, expertise, and genuine dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. His teams’ approachable demeanor immediately put me at ease. Not only did Matt take the time to listen to my needs and concerns, but he also went above and beyond to find the perfect solution for me. Read moreI was glad to see that other people had the same experience we did. The store was crowded when we got there. There was no one at the door to check you in, there were no numbers to take or place to check in. So I asked one of the employees who had a baseball cap on backwards if there was a place to check in. He jumped right at me telling me that one of the employees have been there 1 and 1/2 hours after her time she was to leave. I said to him that that was not my problem. He (Matt- who I learned was the manager when I asked for one) gaslighted me by telling me I was rude and he wasn't going to help me. Then he goes right in front of me and tells the girl she should leave for the day. I still didn't care. When I refused to leave he called the police on me. After waiting to speak to the police they went in a determined he wasn't going to help me and I should try another store. I have never been so mistreated lie I was there. He claimed that JUMP was taken off my account which was the reason that I was there because I wanted to upgrade my phone. I said no one had authorized it to be taken off and he said there was nothing he could do. He said he couldn’t even look back at the account to see when it was taken off and he couldn’t call customer service to fix the problem. So we went to the T-Mobile store in broadway mall which was much more helpful. They were able to check my account to see when JUMP was taken off and call customer service and have it put it back on so that I could upgrade right then. I left the store with a new phone.
