I always order my coffee here at lunch, but today I had a very unusual experience. I ordered a small coffee light with oat milk (I am dairy intolerant). They charged me extra 69 cents because it is NOT a cow's milk. Then when I got my coffee, I looked at it and it was completely dark, so I asked for more milk to make the color lighter, not even as light as the dairy milk would have, but a little bit of milky color to my coffee. The lady yelled at me, I was in shock from that, and said next time I have to charge you extra! I said but you already charged me extra for the oat milk, she said "I will charge you double next time, because you want more oat milk and the oat milk is extra!". I said but you don't charge people for "light" coffee with regular milk at a double price, and you already charged me extra for the oat milk. And the rude way I was yelled at was appalling. I still don't know why oats are more expensive than raising and milking an entire cow, that just blows my mind. Cows require food, housing, vet bills, medication, labor, etc. The oat milk they use is 3.38 per carton. My small coffee was 3.49 per cup (more expensive than the carton of that milk). The regular milk is 4.89 a carton (actually more money than the oat milk). So bottom line people - buy your non-dairy milk and have a Keurig at work. Save that money and put it in a Roth IRA or a high yield savings account instead. To Dunkin...
Read moreI’d love to give them no stars. I just pulled in around 1pm and walked into the store. There were no cars in the drive through and not a single soul in the store. I walked up to the counter and there was a gentlemen messing with the cash register, he didn’t bother to look up at me. Behind him were at least 3 other employees not doing anything. Not a single employee said “Hi welcome to Dunkin, we’ll be right with you” I stood there for 2 mins until the guy finally said someone will be with you shortly .. again without looking up from what he was doing. Finally one of the girls in the back came up to take my order. I worked in the food and service based jobs before and I can’t stand when people can’t bother to act like they want to be there. It’s funny that these are the people who want to raise minimum wage but not a single one of you can greet a costumer when they walk in? Terrible experience. Won’t be returning to...
Read moreI pulled in to the establishment's drivethrough at 10:27pm this evening. A female worker said something through the intercom, but she was mumbling, and I could not make out what she said. I apologized and asked for her to repeat herself. She was belligerent and screamed into the intercom "WHAT DO YOU WANT??" Needless to say, I pulled off without placing an order, because I will not contribute to the salary of someone who is literally yelling at me for no reason. Nor would I trust ANYONE like her to prepare my food or beverages. I will NEVER RETURN to the Dunkin Donuts in Patterson. Whoever the owner or Manager is really needs to do better hiring, because whoever this woman was needs some training in customer service, or really just how to be a decent human being!! I will be letting all family and friends know to no longer come to this location!! She needs to be...
