Patterson Wine and Spirits — Restaurant in Town of Patterson

Popped in to get a quick bottle of wine. After waiting at checkout for 5mins, with NO one around except a little chihuahua, I yelled into the back. Then I heard some movement in what I assumed was the rest room. Patiently still awaiting someone’s appearance so I could purchase my wine, a woman finally opened the door in the back of the store. She looked at me, turned around & fell into a bunch of boxes in the bathroom. Another 5 mins went by - I asked her if I could check out (3rd time, mind you), & she frantically came up to the register asking “where’s Jen??” I said I have no idea, I’d just like to pay for this bottle of wine & be on my way. I handed her $25 in cash & she proceeds to try running it through the credit card machine!! (At this point someone else was on line behind me.) She turns to me & asks me for another card! I told her I handed her cash & it was still in her hand! She opens the cash register & attempted giving me change. I just grabbed the bottle & ran out the door. Sadly, this woman was so drunk, she had no business running a liquor store. She smelled like she had just puked (which is probably why it took her so long to come out of the bathroom), & she was barely coherent trying the run the register. Whoever “Jen” was, probably wisened up enough to realize she couldn’t work...

Just went to the store 8/25/2018 and this bald gentleman was working. I went at 8:55pm when the store closes at 9:00 and told me to go home. I asked politely to buy a bottle/gift for my family. Yet Still he proceeded to refuse my request for no reason. I was very upset and betrayed by his rules and disrespect. Here’s one star bald man, other wise you’d get -10 stars. Who ever the owner is, I’m going to come back and talk to you, because this man was really aggressive and hurtful with his words!!!!! I even called at 8:52 saying that I’ll be there in 3 minutes and he responded saying “no point coming here, I already closed my books and door”. Why do this when you close at 9:00? So he can catch an episode of his favorite drama show? Idk, but this...
