Capone's Bar & Italian Eatery — Restaurant in Town of Penfield

Came for the first time for dinner. 2 people at the bar and 4 tables occupied. Had a drink at the bar and said we were ready to be seated. Hostess seated us. She wasn't very friendly, sat down and then.....nothing. Other servers walked by, no acknowledgement or eye contact of any kind. The 4 occupied tables were finished so it wasn't like they were taking up the staffs time, they were packing up to leave.. still nothing. We gave it 20 min by the clock, and said forget it. Got up and left. Passing the end if the bar to exit, 2 servers and the bartender sitting around talking. Needless to say, I won't waste my time going back to even try the food. I'm sure there will be no reply to this negative review. This was all on 9/30 @ 4:45 pm if you would like to check your staffs schedule on who the servers were this evening and retrain that might be appropriate. I'll spend my $$$ at places who care about...

I went to Capone's restaurant empire boulevard and I was told it was going to be 25 minutes for a table so I waited for 35 minutes and the hostess keeped walking be to set other people that was after me finally a waitress came by and seated me at a table in the corner and sat there and waited for at least 15 minutes but the person that seated me gave me a beer asked me what I would like to drink and then the waitress came by and asked me what I would like to eat she took my order and then I waited at least another half hour and still no food and I was not going to wait any longer not sure if this is how this place works but I would definitely not go back to eat at Capone's if this is how they treat their customers the food looks good but I didn't get to eat any of it and not sure if I'll...

We were going to meet a friend at a restaurant on the bay on Empire blvd. When we got there, it was mobbed and being close to the bay, full of flies. I called my friend and told him to meet us at a restaurant up the road called Capone's instead. It was my first time there and I can honestly say, it was worth going there. I have never had such a delicious and flavorful chicken parm. My friend had chicken french and he told me it was one of the best he ever had, in fact he called me today to say again how great the food was. I would highly recommend Capone's. The only suggestion I have is that they make their sign more legible. I have driven many times past their sign and had hard time trying to read it and never could figure out the name...
