Mark's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Penfield

Honestly worst experience yet, I have been ordering from this marks for over a year. I had about 600 mark points saved up from them, the past 5 times I’ve ordered I’ve had to call or show back up due to the order being wrong.. once again tonight I ordered and it came with things missing, when I called this time I said I don’t understand how I order once a week from you guys and the passed 5 times it’s been wrong... THE PHONE LADY SAYS TO ME “WELL I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW YOUVE ORDERED FROM US BEFORE WHEN THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME” this is when i got really mad, some phone girl telling me I havnt spent $500+ (To keep it fair even tho I’ve had over 600 Mark points) at this location... then the manager OLIVIA gets on the phone and defends her!!!!??? Super unprofessional learn how to manage a business! Will be calling corporate and Will be going elsewhere...

I order alot of food from marks pizza between me and my wife. Just this week we have dropped 75 bux there 2 times in a row now I have gotten blue cheese for my calzone I hate blue cheese asked for ranch ordered online both times. I chose ranch something apparently happen because both times I didnt get what I asked for. I have no problens going to salvatores or pizza hut or any other establishment in webster to spend my money. I get told when I called nothing they can do really?? over sides your willing to lose a customer. I will never order from marks again just on the principle of being told there is nothing they can do. I didnt even want free food just bring me my dipping sauces like you did last time this happen 2 days ago. They dont want my buisness over bringing me 2 damn dipping sauces. Used to be my family's go-to pizza spot. While they still, in my opinion, make the best calzones their prices have slowly crawled up. I almost always do pick up wherever I order from and the staff has always been nice. The quality of the food does vary from time to time but has never been bad. With limited parking up front I now almost always just park in the back. I bumped it down to four stars for three reasons. First being the slow price hike. The second and third is likely a building owner thing but I feel like I may fall through the wooden ramp to the back entrance and the other is that the other tenant makes Mark's smell very strongly like pot. However I don't think it makes any impact on the quality of the food. Regardless, this is still one of the best Mark's which does...
