This location is very near my house. I walk about 1 mile to it. I order my coffee and receive it; as I only have hot coffee and it comes quickly. Other selections would be picked up at the other end. If you have the app and make an mobile order, you will received as you walk in. The time I usually go for coffee is when the high schoolers are there to order and the line grows longer. It is still handled quickly, which is cool, as I have to catch a bus and there are minutes before it comes! I don't order any of the food selections as they are costly and since I am watching my weight, these selections are not in my diet. I haven't really heard any bad comments about their food selections, so maybe they are worth buying. The place is handicap accessible, except for the entrance. Wheelchairs have to have help to get in the door. Some tables are marked with the handicap symbol and these tables are nice to sit at and be close to the table. The legs are at the corners of the table versus a column in the center. The bathrooms are awesome, they are marked unigender or for either sex to use. They are clean and the soap dispenser had soap and to dry hands had an electric blower. It is quiet to do work on your computer or to meet a friend and have a conversation. That is so nice for me , I get distracted with my ADD. The parking has a space in front just for the mobile app and other spaces for handicapp parking. There are plenty of spots towards the rear of the parking lot. To leave the parking lot, sometimes, it is easier to go to the back way and either turn right and leave by Dunkin Donuts or to the left and leave to Liberty Street or through Marks Pizza to gain access to either Five Mile line or Penfield Road. If you leave Star Bucks to Penfield Road, you might have to 1) wait a long time or 2) almost get into an accident. My friend left that way and had a fender bender! It is so close to the traffic light that the traffic does build up. I had a cashier that was deaf and had a wonderful attitude. I tried some of my asl signs and she laughed because one sign was wrong. I apologized and she was so kind and said that at least she had a laugh for the day. Most people are quick and have a good attitude for customer service. So that is why I go there more than...

Located near a busy intersection but there is a back way to pull out northwards from the parking lot and avoid a fairly difficult left-hand turn during rush hour traffic. A benefit is they have a lot of paired-up comfortable chairs in their arrangement. A drawback is a lot of single individuals will sit in this paired comfortable seating, so if you're a couple, the paired seating is likely taken over by a single person because these are the most comfortable chairs in the place. As most people do not want to sit this close to a stranger in what is clearly a couples setting, the result is 50% utilization of the most price customer seating, which is not very pleasing for the customers and isn't a good ROI for the business. Perhaps if individuals using one of these couple's stations could pull their chair aside, it would at least open up the remaining seat for another individual. Perhaps these couple seats could be located in spaces where it's possible to pull the chair aside , such as along a wall versus in a corner, although the pair of chairs in the corner nearest the pick up station is a very cozy couples location And makes a great spot for down the road Penfield High School students to get a cup of coffee on a date. An ok place to hang out for a time. In the summer, the iced drinks go well with the...
Read moreI think I've gone in here one time out of 5-ish times after ordering through the mobile app and actually had my order ready. They have to be the slowest Starbucks ever. No matter how many people are there or how many mobile orders they show on their screen it's at least a 15 minute wait. The last stop there put me over the edge when I waited 17 minutes for egg eggbites. They have the cashier making the food and she was just chatting it up with everyone, pouring coffee and getting pastries. My drink sat ready for probably 10 minutes longer than my food. And when another worker asked where they were after seeing my irritation at the amount of time it was taking, this cashier said Oh I just put them in 🤦🏻♀️. Then when they finally were ready, she just held onto them while pouring someone else's coffee and chatting with them. That same other coworker that asked the first time had to be like give those to me! Manage your time better! Do stuff in the order you receive it, like for real! There was some old school hip hop playing, which was cool. But I don't put in mobile orders before work to hang out and listen to the music. This location is just so...
