Caraglios Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Perinton

Pizza is generally good, we used to order from them in Greece, and since our move to Perinton we started ordering from the new Fairport location. I would say we order a fairly significant amount of pizza and wings in any given year. I was disappointed with the customer service on my most recent order. I ordered a 1 topping sheet pizza deal, however when the pizza was delivered there was no topping. I wasn't going to bother calling about it, however given the number of times we order I figured I would call and let them know and request a credit for a topping on a future order. The person who answered the phone indicated they were a manager and that although my order (done on the app) was for the 1 topping special, I must not have selected a topping (I believed I had selected pepperoni). When I said I was only looking for a credit for a topping on a future order I was told there was nothing he could do because he can only go off of what I had requested in the order. I asked if that was his customer service solution, basically blame the customer over a $3.49 request. I apologized to him for wasting his time on something that was clearly my fault and that was that. For those who care about good customer service perhaps try another location. If it is not a big deal to you, then you will get a decent pizza...

So I ordered from the Fairport location and I must say I was very disappointed. One main reason was the fact that I asked for light sauce which my pizza had normal amounts of sauce, it was half cheese half pepp. The pepperoni looked old, and just the overall way the pizza looked and tasted was not satisfying at all! no one who ate the pizza was impressed. I also had boneless wings which half of them were small pieces so instead of getting 20-24 decent pieces I had more like 14 with the rest being very very small! Not a very good first impression for me and my coworkers who I bought the pizza for. I don’t think any of us will be returning to eat there. We were So dissatisfied...

We wanted to try a new spot for pizza and Caraglios didn't disappoint. The pizza was well cooked , lots of fresh toppings and any CUP & CHAR Pepperoni. Highly recommend the pink sauce on your pie. Also the wings were great , asked for extra crispy and these came out perfect, meaty and were still crispy once I got home. They have an interesting Buffalo sauce . Only 2 critique is to ask for a well done pizza because they only have a conveyor pizza oven and not a brick oven and to sauce the wings a little more .
